Situated directly on Lake Erie, CJ’s Lakehouse offers all the comforts of home with the charm & serenity of lakefront living. Located less than 1km from Point Pelee National Park, fun & adventure are steps away. If it's calm and relaxation you're looking for, we have a huge backyard with a large upper and smaller lower beach and a great firepit. CJ’s is all about loving the lake life, your furry family members included! A Point Pelee Park pass is included as part of your rental experience. Propane BBQ and lots of outdoor seating available. Plenty of parking available for vehicles or even a boat (covered car port).

A neat relaxing retreat on Lake Erie
A delightful little cottage on the shore of Lake Erie, just a mile or two from Point Pelee's entrance. Super clean and comfortable. Excellent mattresses and bedding! Surprisingly big backyard equipped with a fire pit and plenty of comfortable lawn chairs for viewing the stars or the waves crashing on the beach. Responsive host wants to make sure you have a great stay. Highly recommended!

Lovely little cottage getaway!
Cute, clean, and peaceful cottage. Jennifer is a welcoming and attentive host. Gorgeous lake views overlooking the sunset. Water access is by ladder (no beach). Very close to Pointe Peele National Park and stores/restaurants.

Slice of heaven
CJs Lakehouse was a great little gem with spectacular views of Lake Erie and beautiful sunsets. We stayed for 3 nights with our kids and little dog. The house was spotless and had everything we needed for our stay. So many little touches made it just so special - marshmallows for the campfire, dog treats, water in the fridge and a National Park access pass. These little details were so thoughtful. Highly recommend this house - perfect location for going to Pelee Island or the Pelee Point National Park or just sitting and relaxing lakeside. Thanks for a great stay. Look forward to coming back!

Wish we stayed longer
We stayed one night while traveling through. House was great for our family of four (kids 9 & 9). We loved the back yard and the view. Kitchen had everything we needed. Interior is nice. The beach was only a short drive away and was very nice. We could have easily stayed 3 or 4 nights. Would be a nice relaxing getaway.

We really enjoyed our stay (2 adults, 13yr old boy, 10yr old boy and dog). The second day we couldn’t get in the water because the wind was making the waves too dangerous to swim. So we drove 10mins to go Go Karting. Then went to Walmart and bought some lawn games (bocce, badminton…etc.), to make the best of it. Walmart was 15mins from the cottage. The cottage was very clean. Could use a few more variety of sizes for dishes. Our time was very relaxing and peaceful. Definitely would come again.

Point Pelee
The purpose of our trip was to visit Point Pelee National Park and Pelee Island. Jennifer’s cottage was ideal for our plans being on the doorstep of the park and a 10 minute drive to the ferry dock. The park pass supplied as part of our accommodation was much appreciated. We did not book the ferry to the island until a couple of days prior and had to change our initial plan as the return journey was fully booked….we will be more organized next time. Can fully recommended Jennifer’s cottage.

Birdwatching and the Lake !
The cottage was cozy but enough room for 4 adults to enjoy their stay. Outside space by the lake for sunsets was perfect. Loved being so close to Point Pelee Park, and the inclusion of a Park Pass was a great service. We enjoyed birdwatching and walks several times during the day. Jennifer and her husband responded quickly to a couple of minor issues. Lovely memories !

Five out of five stars. Would definitely stay here again. CJ’s Lakehouse was the perfect spot on the lake. Close to Pt. Pelee. We had a wonderful evening enjoying the fire pit and some wine on the lake. Jennifer was a wonderful host and left marshmallows for us to roast, water to take to the park. The accommodations were very clean and in exceptional shape. Decorated very nice. And we appreciated the fully stocked kitchen, from glasses to spices. Had everything we needed.

We had the most perfect stay here. The house and property are everything you would want it to be. The host thought of everything to make you feel comfortable and at home. Jennifer was always very fast at getting right back to me. The water view was breathtaking. It was perfectly located for both the sunrise and sunset. Some of the prettiest sunsets I have ever seen. Very lovely
My husband and I stayed one night with our dog and we were really pleased. The place is clean and very cute, we loved a wall decor and all the special touches it has. Everything you need is there, including coffee, tea and creamer. I need my coffee in the morning so I was excited that I didnt need to go far to find it :). Owners did a great job organizing and decorating the place. Location is also great and check in/out process was very smooth. We highly recommend it!

A Lakefront Paradise - CJ's Lakehouse Delivered Unforgettable Memories
We recently had the most wonderful stay at CJ's Lakehouse, and we can't say enough great things about it! This charming 2 bedroom, 1 bath cottage is an absolute gem. The view of the sunset from the beach is breathtaking, and the fact that they provide free firewood for the fire pit made our evenings truly magical. The house itself is fully furnished and immaculately clean, making us feel right at home. The well-groomed exterior with freshly raked sand was a lovely touch, and we couldn't get enough of the comfy outdoor hammock. Plus, the reliable Wi-Fi allowed us to work remotely while enjoying this picturesque setting. The cute decor and comfy furniture added to the cozy ambiance, and we appreciated the thoughtful extras like bug spray, fire lighter, and fire starter. Having a pass to nearby Point Pelee National Park was a fantastic perk, as it allowed us to explore the natural beauty of the area. Lastly, the host was incredibly responsive and kind, making our stay even more enjoyable. CJ's Lakehouse provided the perfect backdrop for a super relaxing getaway.
