„We had our annual friends weekend away & Chelsi’s house was the perfect setting for it all! So spacious, there was a room for everyone to do just what they wanted! Pool, hot tub & sauna was a fun added bonus! The theater room was great for the guys who wanted to hang there! Kitchen was really well stocked & had so much room for us all to gather. Beds were comfy & all the linens were cozy too! We had a great time & hope to come back! Thanks Chelsi!“

„This was the second time I brought a group of clients to this wonderful property. The house is fabulous and the setting, looking out over vast expanses of water and sky is incredibly beautiful and inspiring. We were all super-comfortable and happy! „A very well kept and compact little apartment. Well stocked with everything (except they forgot dishwasher soap on this occasion). Two issues: the stairs up to the loft were fine for us, but might be difficult for anyone with walking issues. And the heating system was a bit of a mess. Upstairs roasted, while the downstairs main room was chilly, and the downstairs bedroom became a sauna if you closed the door. But for most people I'm sure this is not a winter time rental!“

„We enjoyed stay but wished we could of stayed longer. The views, from the home, are so beautiful. Spacious Master bedrooms on both 2nd & 3rd floor with private bathrooms & breath-taking views of ocean/Long Sands Beach. Other bedrooms are great as well. Sunrise view is incredible. Owners are extremely responsive and are so easy to work with. Highly recommend this rental. Home is clean-clean (as others have noted) and well stocked. You will not be disappointed. “

„My family and I had a wonderful time staying at this property in Hampton Beach. We were able to walk to walk local nara and restaurants. We stayed here in the winter but could imagine it being a very active and fun place to stay in the summer. Micah, the owner, was very responsive!“

„We were at the property for two nights; 7 college friends celebrating 50 years of friendship. We got really lucky with amazing late summer weather and thoroughly enjoyed the beach and options for picturesque walks. It is a really beautiful area. The house met all of our needs and we had some great laughs sipping wine and relaxing in the large living room and on the porch rockers. The only complaint was we needed more time! We can also highly recommended The Beach Plum for amazing lobster ...

„This little cottage was perfect for viewing “my” absolutely favorite place in the world…Cape Neddick Lighthouse- or as we know it, Nubble Light. Cottage had plenty of room for my husband and with another couple would still be spacious. It had everything we needed and was clean and comfortable. We always enjoy off season visits to York…little traffic and fewer people. 😁 Thanks to Phyllis and her quick communication. “

„This is a nice summer stay. The beach is just across the road (a busy road). It has everything you need. However, as an off season it is not so great. There’s a very good heat pump so being cold was not the issue, it’s the door. Not sealed well so it rattled with the wind and let in cold air. I sealed it with a newspaper to stop the rattle and cold air. The floor is also somewhat slippery when shoes are wet from rain. I all minor when there during the summer. “

„My family including 6 adults and 2 children stayed at this house February 14-17, 2025. House is as described in listing. House was clean and fully furnished. We enjoyed the sun room as we watched the snow fall. Karaoke machine was a big hit with the grandchildren. We would definitely go back and remarked that it would be fun to be there in the summer. The only suggestion was for some hooks to hang winter coats and jackets.“

The home was clean, beautifully decorated, and had all the items needed for cooking, bathing, etc. My only comment from people in our group was the WiFi was not strong enough to support all of our devices and some of the mattresses were not comfortable and should be replaced.“

Das Valet-Parking mussten wir nicht nutzen, da direkt vor dem Hotel ein Parkplatz auf der Straße frei war. Das kostet ungefähr die Hälfte. Was wir nicht gut fanden, ist das Frühstück. Es ist alles in Plastik eingepackt und es gibt Plastik-Einwegbesteck und Pappteller, damit das Hotel Kosten für Spülpersonal spart.“
