I would probably book again even with the deficiencies.
This trailer is in a great location close to hiking trails and Zion. We booked this trailer to sleep, shower and cook meals for the day and to be away adventuring during the day. It did just that for us. There are a couple of maintenance items that seem like they have not been addressed so now the trailer is showing the neglect.
Water is getting into the floor and wall from the shower, so the flooring is raised out side of the bathroom in what I would call the kitchen and coming apart. The floor seems rotten and spongy outside of the bathroom. Because of this we did not use the shower in the bathroom, but the showers for the campground are a short walk and are nice and clean.
The lamps that were provided; 1 was broken and the others that we found in a cupboard didn't work(guessing bulbs).
The freezer was so full of ice that has formed over the (what seemed like years) we had to chip it away in order tho get a bag of ice in it. There was hair and food frozen into the ice, so it has obviously been like this for a while.
I know a smoke detector and carbon monoxide detector are not reported, but they had both, without batteries. Seemed odd to even have them there if you're not going to maintain them.
Otherwise the trailer was a nice little spot to relax in the evening and have coffee in the am. Oh and the Mexican Resturaunt down the road had great food and super nice staff.
