„Very nice gated neighborhood. Home is clean and well stocked. Did not have a coffee maker and ended up buying one. Does have espresso machine, however. Community pool closed so if you have children looking forward to swimming make sure it is open prior to booking. Hot water heater on a timer and time was programmed incorrectly, but that was an easy fix. Overall a great property and would book again. “

„As other guest mentioned, this house is in the questionable neighborhood. The beach nearby is occupied with homeless and we feel very dangerous. Don't recommend to walk around the house. The interior was really nice and housing is very clean and new. We had everything we need from condiments to any appliance. Plus side is that you can see the ocean from the balcony. We played games at the large table, had a quiet space for reading that was away from the TV, and enough bathrooms for the 7 of us.
