„I read the owner's comments about the road/drive conditions and chose to drive my 4WD, for which I was grateful. Once we were there, it was very peaceful and quiet. A World Apart has lots of nice features that provide a relaxing getaway. (Hot tub, hammock, pool table, lot of porch spaces) Plenty to do within a short drive if that is your preference. Had a minor issue, but owner was very responsive and we got it resolved in short order. Would definitely stay again.“

It's private but not isolated, right in the Pisgah Forest on the French Broad River. I visited with a friend and we each had a large, comfortable bedroom and bath.
