„The online listing was spot on. The unit was fully stocked with everything you would need. We cooked all of our meals in the unit and there was nothing needed. Comfy beds, great water pressure in the shower and nice fluffy towels. Being right on the Riverwalk was also a nice plus especially once we had our two dogs. Dog bowls, dog treats and dog towels to top it off.“

„The house was clean, the beds were incredibly comfortable, and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook our Thanksgiving feast! The location was ideal - walking distance to restaurants and shops. We loved the little touches like doggie towels, bowls, and poop bags, and local guidebooks. This property exceeded our expectations - the outdoor space was perfect for relaxing and enjoying the view of the marina. “

„Tropical Storm Debby couldn’t keep us away! We arrived in a downpour, so getting from the car to the houseboat was a bit tricky but so worth it! Everything you need is provided for a relaxing stay. I’m a hot sleeper and the downstairs bedroom was a little warm but they provide a table fan which was perfect. We were able to walk to a few places and catch an Uber for things a bit far. „The boat was great and Kevin is a fantastic host! He worked with us on a necessary date change, without question, and we really appreciated that. We enjoyed our stay but we were disappointed with the lack of cleanliness of the marina facilities. I'm still giving it 5 stars because the host can't help that the marina bathrooms were so dirty. „This is our second time staying at the cove. We absolutely loved it. The properties were decorated for the Xmas holiday and there was even a beautiful fully decorated tree in our unit. Walk to so many restaurants so you can’t beat the convenience. Parking was easy and they have wagons available if you need help with luggage. We will definitely be back“

„We really enjoyed our stay! The houseboat was amazing. Brand new, perfect condition and beautifully accommodated in every way. It was about a 5 minute walk to the Live Oak concert pavilion. Perfect location for something like that. And, very close in the other direction to restaurants, shops etc. The house boat was super cool and a great idea. Easy to get in the marina and very unique and fun. Great communication with the owners as well. We would highly recommend it. We will be back!“
