„We loved our stay at the Little Joe cabin on the Pon’erosa in Knoxville. We were there for our son’s graduation from UTK. Kevin and Brandi are great hosts and very responsive. They seem to think of everything. We felt more like guests in their home than as renters of a cabin. The cabin was cozy and very comfortable. The grounds peaceful. Highly recommend it for a getaway.“

„We were overjoyed with the cabin and the quick response to our questions from Evolve. Cabin bery clean and beautiful. We usually dtay in a mountain cabin but this cabin far exceeded the mountain cabins. In the future this is going to be our go to cabin. This is by far the best cabin we ever stayed at.“

„The property was listed as having a hot tub. This was a critical part of the selection criteria it booking. The property did not have a hottub and the area where the hot tub was in the pictures had been removed with a hot wire still in place. The bar light in the kitchen was inoperable and the garbage disposal was inoperable. The towel rack in the upper bathroom was broken leaving no place for towels. „This is a beautiful little cabin tucked up into the hills near Tellico. Excellent location for any bikers who want to enjoy the area. The cabin is by far the best-stocked VRBO we've ever encountered, including one we own up north. The owners are very accommodating, and checked in on us frequently to make sure we were well taken care of. We will definitely not hesitate to stay there again in the future.“

„Two Big Issues. The driveway is in need of repair and is difficult to navigate because of a large pothole in the middle of a steep incline. Especially for the elderly. Also there were a good many ants that were in the house. I saw where they had been treated so most were dead but we had to vacuum all of them up for 30 min or so. It wouldn’t have been that bad but they were in the bed too. The house was nice overall but just needs a little TLC. We did reach out to the host about the ants but ...

„My husband and son stayed here because it was close to Brushy Mtn Prison. They were there for a concert and to ride at Windrock. The location was perfect for them to do both of those things! „I enjoyed the gorgeous farm land, along with the view. The treehouse is nice and secluded, great for a little get away!! The only thing that is kind of uncomfortable, is the lock on the door, it is not very sturdy or safe. Considering it is far away from everything it’s not that big of a deal. Great place!!“

„Love the decor of this wonderful get away!! Did so crawdad catch and release in the crick...we t to the swimming hole down the road..had a nice afternoon at Watts Bar Lake hiking and swimming..Ozone Falls as well.. we had to transfer the propane tank from the fire pit to the grill as tank was empty...we would definitely recommend a stay here!!“

„The cabin was wonderful, and we enjoyed our stay very much! Everything was spotless, organized, and labeled very well which was greatly appreciated. The matresses were a little too firm for me but I still slept very well, the water pressure was a bit low, the front doors need privacy blinds, and the hot tub could use a little more privacy, otherwise we had a great stay and will definently stay with these fabulous hosts again! Thank You for letting us stay in your cabin!“

„From a 3 year old to grandpa and grandma, our family enjoyed this space! The game room was a perfect spot to hang out, play games and cards and there were plenty of TVs for different shows. The beds were comfortable and the hot tub was clean! We have already talked about using this as our meet in the middle family reunion place since we could rent additional cabins on the same property! The kids and grandparents loved the catch and release pond. We hope to stay again in the future!“
