Catastrophe
Honestly speaking we are shocked by what we had to experience during our stay.
We have payed a lot of money looking forward to a pleasant weekend in the hotel with our little daughter.
But already on arrival we came into a room which wasn’t cleaned properly and was prepared poorly.
We spoke to the personnel at the reception and were informed that there is no manager on duty and that the hotel is being sold with a lot of problems that are carried out on the back of the guests.
The breakfast was a catastrophe on all mornings. There was not enough personnel to even do the most necessary things like filling up the milk bottles or putting spoons on the buffet and refilling the coffee machine. The worst thing about this is that it happened independently of the number of guests present.
On the second day we came back to our room only to find out that it wasn’t cleaned.
In a hotel we expect our room to be cleaned though especially when you travel with a small child and we have experienced that in a lot of hotels before.
Back at the reception we got the information that this is NORMAL (?!). In your hotel the rooms only get cleaned at departure.
Not only did we get no information on that before but also this is not acceptable for us.
We pay money in a hotel to experience great service and enjoy a worry-free stay. We don’t pay money for what we have had to experience at this hotel.
Please come back to us with a response and also some suggestion for a compensation.
