„Katie was able to accomodate our needs for a condo at the last minute due to changes of my son's wedding due to Hurricane Helene. The unit was great with view of the water. Convenient to the nice restaurant next door where we did a post wedding brunch . Occasional noise from the delivery vehicles and trash collector for the restaurant next door, but not bad . And we could have used an extra dishwasher pod. Otherwise everything was great and we had a wonderful wedding weekend!“

„We decided to get out of the cold snow of the north, and head south. This condo is in an excellent location, right on the water. It's close to all the restaurants, shopping and attractions. The condo was well maintained and equipped. There were only two of us, but this condo could accommodate 6 with ease. The winding staircase to the second floor loft was unique and having two balconies overlooking the water was a definite bonus. We would definitely stay here again! “

„My friend and I stayed one night at “Sunny Daze” as we were in the area visiting The Depot at Gibson Mill on an antique hunt. The space was small, cute, and quaint! Perfect for our one night stay! We really liked that the main entry was a coded lock as well as the room coded lock which made us feel nice and safe. „This place had all of the convenience of home and then some. Beautiful sun room that overlooks the pool area and river. Our stay was short so we did not get a chance to use the hot tub but it was sanitized and ready to go. Very nice neighborhood. Kevin was very quick to respond and super accommodating.
