Great place to stay in Libby
While the snow this year wasn't good enough to ski at Turner as planned, this property was fantastic as always and made our time enjoyable and relaxing anyways. Lots of cozy rooms and plenty of space to relax and enjoy time with friends.

A relaxing place to abide. Comfortable for all 12 of us. Great to have a place we could all be together. Grateful for the a/c this time...as we were treated to some hi temps. We had a great time...loved to be able to go the the farm to market store everyday for coffee and treats. Great deals there too. Went home with some great groceries. If the Lord is willing...we will return.

Main bathroom needs better shower curtain. Water got everywhere because curtain leaves two gaps. It would also be nice to advertise to bring house slippers. I have to wear orthotics so I can’t go barefoot. Other than that, it was a lovely house.

A great place for a getaway
Our group had a wonderful time! There was plenty of room for the 10 of us and we spent our days cross country and downhill skiing. Having the downstairs suite allowed the family with young teens some privacy. The main kitchen and living room was perfect for creating great meals and visiting. The house was exactly as listed and very clean. The hosts were easy to communicate. With and quick to respond to messages. It felt like a wonderful home away from home ~ highly recommended!

Beautiful log house with excellent view of the mountains on a quiet property and comfortable amenities. Host Jabel was very kind letting us stay inside a bit longer when our car was having troubles due to cold weather.

Amazing location!
This rental was perfect for what we were looking for. The amenities made the stay very enjoyable. The host was very quick to respond to all communication. My whole party really enjoyed our stay and would rent this home again in a heartbeat! We also loved seeing the wildlife, which included turkeys and their babies. Great weekend!!

Great location for a small wedding!
The property was clean and cozy. We enjoyed the outdoor pavilion for a small wedding reception (approved by the host in advance). The seperated upper and lower floors worked great for getting ready. The shower in the lower level is HUGE! The shower/tub in the upper level is beautiful but not easy to get in and out of. Overall our stay was a 10/10!

Much more than I expected!
The place was stunning. It was bigger and more beautiful than the pics. Lots of extras included and tons of all items such as towels, dishware, etc. Recommend bottom unit for disabled, elderly due to shower situation. Upstairs unit's bath tub is beautiful and unique but a big step in and no safety bars. Even with 90+ weather, all rooms were comfortable. The grill, deck were worth it by them selves. Herds of deer in nearby field every evening and friendly cow to visit in nearby field as well. Fire pit, wood included. Nice walk to nearby Amish market. It was just great for our large diverse crowd.

Magical Montana Get-Away
The log home is beautiful and spacious with great modern upgrades. The surrounding land with so many animals to watch (chickens, cows, deer, and baby birds) was delightful! The view of the Cabinet Mountains was spectacular. We loved being able to walk on the private 1/2 mile driveway (with just a short portion on the quiet highway) to the Amish Store for yummy coffee and baked goods (plus grocery essentials). Legacy Lodge is the perfect Montana rural getaway!!!

Beautiful home, undisclosed restrictions
Our stay was marginal; I wouldn't visit this property again. The acreage itself is beautiful, as is the home. Everything was well cleaned; linens were plentiful. We had young children with us (ages 2-8) who loved exploring the property. The kitchens were modestly stocked. The owners provided sweet welcome baskets with food goodies on each floor. A few things our party took issue with- After booking, in the confirmation email, we were informed that the hot tub on the patio was not intended for guest use. I would recommend taking down the picture of the patio with the hot tub if it is not available to guests. The day before we were scheduled to arrive I was informed that no fires of any sort were permitted on the property, including LPG fire pits. I have to assume this was the preference of the property owner as there were no burns bans in effect at the time of our visit. Again, for a rural property, this seems like something to disclose up front, not after the no-charge cancellation window has closed. Had I known these two things, I would not have booked this property. It felt deceitful and manipulative. Things other parties should know: The upstairs and downstairs are completely separate units. The only interior connection between the floors is an elevator which is not available for guest use. To navigate between floors guests have to use the patio staircase. I gave 3 stars for the check-in process because building access was not provided to us until after check in time upon my messaging the property owner. As the rest of his communication was very prompt, I suspect this was an anomaly. I believe renters deserve to know the full scope of what is and isn't available to them and honest descriptions accomplish this. For some people what is written above wouldn't be at all bothersome and to them I would say that you will enjoy your stay.
