„Even before our arrival, I had good feelings about this stay. Not just from the pictures, but from the interactions with Keith before we got there! Unbelievably gracious, kind, and connected to his guests! We celebrated a big birthday and treated ourselves to an unfamiliar holiday. My husband and myself with our son and his wife stayed and were so impressed with the decorating and touches from local artisans. „10 of us stayed at this beautiful property for a 40th birthday celebration, it was perfect! The house and view are even more gorgeous in person, it's called Sunset Villa for a reason!!! Checking in was a breeze, Yesenia was fabulous and we had no trouble communicating via Google Translate. Highly recommend renting a golf cart for convenient travel to the beach and around Playa Flamingo, although the stairs provided a great little work out! „Place is as advertised. About a football field’s distance from a quiet beach (Playa Ocotal) with wonderful, warm water and lovely views. Villa is as described. All amenities necessary were provided, including plenty of towels, beach chairs, and plenty of kitchenware to cook just about anything. The pool at the villa was quiet and the other individuals that were onsite were lovely people, so there was no reason to leave the gates to go to the other pools. „We stayed at this condo for about 3 weeks and really enjoyed it. Great location in quiet beach town. The condo provided plenty of space for our family of four, very quick WiFi which made remote working easy, great location, and the whole resort property was very safe. I highly recommend bringing ear plugs because the main pool is next door and loud on Friday and Saturday nights. “

„The property is nice but aging with a lot of deferred maintenance. Unit 36 is nicely decorated, we specifically liked the artwork and soaking pool which was cool and refreshing in the warm weather. The bedroom storage was cheap and one drawer does not stay closed. On a downer note, I woke up with multiple bites on my legs, ankles, and feet that I did not have when I went to bed. There may be bed bugs or spiders. “

„Our family had a fantastic time at Alta Mira. We loved the pool and the location close to great restaurants and Coco Beach. Francisco was amazing- he helped put together a great itinerary for our family(lots of fun excurions and terrific restaurant and activity suggestions!) The breakfast prepared daily at the villa was delicious and the villa staff were so so lovely. We will miss them! This was our first time visiting Costa Rica and we fell in love! „All the descriptions are accurate about this rental, and we could not recommend it more highly. The house is comfortable and extremely flexible. The 3 bedrooms are on the top floor and isolated from the kitchen and ground floor. Pool is immaculate and very refreshing, private and with a beautiful view of the bay. „The Villa was very clean and well stocked. We did most of our own cooking as a local mini mart is only about a 10 minute walk. The shuttle service on the resort is very convenient, whether you want to pop to the beach or up to the restaurant. Having a private pool made all the difference and once we figured out the evaporation rate and kept a trickle pouring into it from the hose provided it was a sanctuary.
