„We stayed here for our weekend getaway and absolutely loved the house. It was located in a great “close to everything yet private” street and the check in/out process was so simple! „Kelly and Marty were attentive but not intrusive. The place was so lovely and quaint. We enjoyed the bottle of wine...what a treat after a day of travel and shopping. It is such a neat location, and I enjoyed my walk through unique architecture and historic homes. We enjoyed the transformation book and how the space came to be. I ended up having to work for several hours and truly appreciated the internet speed. We have this location saved for future trips. Thanks!!!!!“

„The house was very nice. It was clean and had everything we needed. I really liked that the beds were lower to the ground....I am short! The only issue we had was the water drained a little slow in one bathroom....very minor. I would definitely rent this property again. “

„the location and place were fine. A lot of things needed 'tightening up.' The bunk bed was not assembled tightly and wobbled. It also has a metal frame that was pressed up to a metal electrical box, which in many places would be a construction violation or hazard. Other things needed work. The porch light is burnt out. Things like that. “

„Unique property with a lot of space to spread out. It was great that every room had its own bathroom. We couldnt get the tvs to work the first day, spotty wifi but it seemed better the 2nd day. No projector in the pool area as listed, we had planned a pool movie night. Very close to arrowhead, but also close to a fire station and these country folk weren't prepared for that!“

„This is an older home that’s had many updates, but still has some quirks, such as squeaky kitchen cabinet doors. It was neat and clean and nicely decorated, and the bonus was the pool table. The pool sticks were broken, but new ones were brought over to the house in person. The backyard was fenced and there was plenty room for all four of us to enjoy our time together. “

„This house exceeded expectations. We had a group of 18 ranging in ages from 6 to 75. The outdoor space was a hit with all the kids in spite of cooler November weather. The commercial style kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed to make a Thanksgiving meal. The indoor space had so many areas of entertainment and relaxation. We couldn’t have asked for more. The stay was great and we would highly recommend!“

„We had an great stay at Cozy in KC. The house was clean, well-furnished, and had everything we needed for a comfortable visit. We especially loved living room, dining room and spacious kitchen. The location was about a 20 minute drive from downtown KC. While everything was great, just be aware that tv's are older with a fussy remote, but it didn't impact our overall experience. “

„My family stayed at this beautiful VRBO last week for Thanksgiving. The home is located in a nice, quiet neighborhood with very friendly neighbors. Check in was easy, amenities were exactly as described, plenty of room for everyone, and fast WiFi which is always a plus. „I adord this property. It was a haven for us since we were here visiting sick relatives and it was so refreshing and nice to come home to this relaxing oasis. They thought of EVERYTHING. The home was clean and quite. The best part was, all the vegan/vegetarian focus. My husand and I are vegan and didn't expect to have suggestions for vegan restaurants along with cookbooks and holistic living. 5 stars is too little. They deserve all the stars. “

„We came to Kansas City to spend Thanksgiving with my husband‘s brother and his wife. We love the Plaza and the location was great. Having Pizza 51 just down the street and the Whole Foods market was also very convenient. We attended a Chiefs game on Friday and had many memorable and delicious meals. We were able to walk to the Capital Grille, Gram & Dun. Took an Uber to Union Station and ate at Pierpont’s. Walked to TaHa Mexican restaurant, which was excellent! „We had a great stay in this lovely flat. It felt very cozy, everything is new and the beds are extremely comfortable. The location worked really well for us as we visited family nearby. Brookside is a great neighbourhood with amazing restaurants and all very walkable. We would happily stay here again. “
