Beautiful location, spacious house
Certainly the views from the house are its biggest highlight--they are spectacular over Kalapaki Bay and the mountains...just gorgeous. We enjoyed the airiness of the house and its proximity to the beach. The mid-stay cleaning was very good. The pots and pans in the kitchen could use an upgrade and there were some areas in the house that were not so clean when we arrived. The shades in the bedrooms filter the light just minimally so that could be an issue for some, but waking up to the sound of the ocean was a joy. Depending on the wind, the planes flying in and out of Lihue can sometimes be clearly heard at night. We enjoyed our time in the house and can recommend it!

This house is incredible. Perfect for our family of six. Has everything you need to enjoy your vacation. Sand toys/flippers/wagon to carry your beach chairs. Even a cooler. The location is perfect, so much so we wouldn’t stay anywhere else if we came back.

Gorgeous place right on Kalapaki Beach
The property was amazing! Very spacious for a family of 7, great views, walking distance to the beach, modern and clean. The beach was kid friendly as it was protected by a barrier. The house had water shoes, snorkel, boogie boards, etc. The location was absolutely perfect. Did I mention the views? Would absolutely stay there again. Thank you!

We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. The property pictures look beautiful, but they don't even do the house justice. The views are amazing. The house had everything we needed and then some. We enjoyed walking down to the beach every day and explored activities on the island with our rental car. We would definitely stay at this property again!

Perfect!
This beautiful condo is perfectly located with access to a pretty beach, a golf course, great food and long walking paths. We loved every minute of our stay. The location is great for exploring the whole island. The condo itself is modern, spacious and has every amenity you need. Huge bathrooms, bedrooms and tall ceilings with a lovely view of the beach, an active harbor and nearby mountains. We enjoyed our too brief family vacation and would love to return!

Amazing property with a great location!
This house was great for our extended family coming together. The rooms were spacious and the views were unmatched. It was a quick walk to the beach, golfing and other lovely views. We would definitely stay here again as Louise and Kendra, the property owner and manager were incredibly helpful attentive and made our stay better. We hope to come back again!

Great Place for Kauai
This was our second stay at this property. Louise and Kendra are super helpful. The property is super clean, modern and any issues that popped up were addressed promptly. The location is perfect, close to the airport, walking distance to beach and restaurants, short drive to costco and safeway, and equidistant driving to either side of the island for any activities you may want to do for your visit.

There are only a few homes from which you can enjoy an expansive view of Nawiliwili bay and beach. And so close to walk to everything as if you were at the resorts. The home is amazing on its own too. Luxurious and comfortable. Spacious for 3 generations to spread around.

Perfect location
The home itself was beautiful. Attention to detail was on point. The little extras made it so much easier -things like having a cooler, beach towels and wagon for all the the chairs and beach fun. There was enough space for the teenagers to be teenagers and us to be adults!! The bartenders at the resort below were amazing and we felt welcomed everywhere we went. ABC in walking distance and Walmart and Instacart deliver! The home was so clean and Louise and Kendra answerd every question we had promptly. Would stay here again!!

Excellent vacation to Kauai
This home is was perfect in every way- Location, beauty, responsiveness of owner and perfect amenities for a relaxing and wonderful first trip to Kauai. The pictures truly represent the property and the view is even better than expected. We especially loved watching the surfers and spotting sting rays and sea turtles from the balconies while drinking our morning coffee. The only problem was that we didn’t stay long enough. The Perfect Balance
As a family with older kids (late teens to early 20s) we need space, privacy, extra bathrooms and a solid common area to hang. This place provides it all. Additionally, the central location in Lihue makes it very easy to make last minute decisions to head north to Princeville or south to Waimea. Also, the direct access to the beach from the elevator at the end of the sidewalk is such an amazing way to end the day. The owner and property management folks are both great to work with as well. We have stayed a total of 16 nights in this place (8 recently in July 2023 plus 8 under a different owner in 2019) and it is just amazing. I highly recommend it!

This property is a ultra modern over the top stay
Overlooking the bay at Nawiliwili is this condo with huge bedrooms and bathrooms. Giant kitchen area and the facility is on four levels with three balconies and a beautiful view of the ocean and cruise port. Easy to get to all points on the island. Challenging golf course nearby. We had Grandpa, uncle, two families with teenagers and a 6 year old. Everyone enjoyed the place.
