Convenient but a bit procey
Nice room with great view and porch. Was quite expensive for an hotel room without services of rest of resort (maids, trash removal (not fun poking around in dirty service area of resort to toss our trash), etc), and having to pay extra 35 per night for parking, etc. we did appreciate convenience to airport as gave us an extra morning at beach.

Would Stay Again!
We really enjoyed our time in Kauai! The island is beautiful. The resort is beautiful as well - very clean and gorgeous landscaping is well kept. A few nice food options on the resort. All staff was very kind and welcoming. The ocean view from the room is very nice - also overlooks the pool area. Great way to get the ocean view at a reasonable price. The room was nice enough - clean, smelled good… just a few features that could use a little updating. Overall we were very pleased with our stay, and would definitely stay again!

Absolutely loved this room and property! I can’t wait to rent again! The room was clean, comfortable bed, nice mini fridge and lots of space. The view from the room and balcony are spectacular! Our host was so sweet and always answered right back. The staff at resort were terrific and I was sad to say goodbye to them.

La chambre en elle-même est confortable mais attention, vous ne bénéficiez pas des services hôteliers en totalité (pas de ménage en chambre, pas de serviettes de plage en dehors de celles fournies dans la chambre, produit d’hygiène réduit, pas de thé à disposition et une seule dose de café proposée) et surtout le parking obligatoire est facturé à 36 dollars par nuit hors taxes ce qui n’est pas négligeable d’autant que disposer d’un véhicule est quasi obligatoire vu la localisation de l’hébergement. La présence d’une bouilloire serait la bienvenue.

Lovely unit with Beautiful View
I wanted to ensure that I got a nice ocean view of all the units available. This room was very nice and clean and had a wonderful pool and ocean view. You can sit and watch the waves. The pools were perfect and great for swimming. The room and property were very clean and well maintained.

Great location for exploring the island
Great home base from which to explore the island and return to in the evening for the hot tubs and pools. Ocean view from the room was soothing. We spent a couple days in the area, a couple days on the south/west side, and three days on the North Shore. There are so many highly rated coffee/food trucks and restaurants we had to try, that we never ate at the resort. Great owner, no surprises.

Very nice.
Can’t beat the view, felt very safe staying here as a single 25 year old. Yoga is not included, and you can’t book through their concierge for activities, fyi. Beach access was beautiful, not safe for swimming. Overall, very happy I found this place. Mahalo!

This property did not disappoint! The view of the ocean was amazing and we enjoyed having our coffee or cocktail on the outdoor deck listening to the waves. The bed was very comfortable, better than most rentals we have stayed at. The host was very responsive to the few questions we had and communication was a breeze. We were thankful for the Tommy Bahama chairs that we were able to tote around to various island beaches. We also felt very welcomed by the resort staff; they were very helpful when needed and always greeted us with a smile and “Aloha”. You won’t regret booking this rental!

Convenient location
Close to the airport which makes for easy access to the south or north parts of the island. Long beach to run or walk on. Food is really good and there is nightly entertainment which is a nice perk. Friendly staff. Several pools and hot tubs to accommodate all ages. The location of this unit is one of the best.

It was kind of odd bocking a VRBO that was a resort hotel room. but it works. The grounds are lovely, the room is very well positioned, you could hear to ocean at night.The facilities at the resort are vey good, very convenient near the airport, would definitely stay here again.

Saved us!
So thankful to have met Crystal and Mike at the Lihue airport when our flight was delayed almost a full day. Beautiful accommodations and they went out of their way for my daughter and I. Plus we’ve found a new favorite place to stay when we go back to Kauai.

Clean unit but exterior buildings really show the age. Grounds are kept up but deterioration of the buildings really dampens the Hawaii experience Overpriced for a glorified motel room. Condo units with equal views are equal money.

Beautiful property, central location! The unit has great ocean views. The pools and hot tubs were awesome. Nice size fridge in the unit. If willing to walk a few minutes down the beach will find a perfect spot to go in the ocean to swim!

Loved this Resort!!
The Kauai Beach Resort is absolutely beautiful! The room was clean and spacious. We did have a small issue with the A/C not working when we arrived but the property manager made arrangements to get it fixed quickly. We enjoyed the on site amenities like the pool and restaurants. The sunrise view from our room was breathtaking and we loved the ability to walk into the beach for a stroll.

Beautiful sunrise from bed
The entire resort was wonderful. We loved the restaurants on site and Starbucks. We had fun at the resort pool and hot tub and poolside bar with live music every night. We loved the location on the island. It was close to the airport and a short drive to Poipou and an easy drive to Kapa'a and Northern beaches. Crystal was so friendly to work with and went over and beyond to make our stay comfortable and accommodate us. We accidentally left something very valuable in the room at check out and she arranged for someone to locate the item for us and ensured it got sent back to us safely. I will be forever grateful. Her room was in the best location on the resort. We could lay in bed every morning and watch the sun rise and sit and drink coffee on the balcony overlooking the pools and the ocean. We loved everything about our stay. It was truly perfect. We will definitely be back!

Dirty but check in was easy
The hotel was not clean. The floor was really dirty. The doors were very hard to open. The towels were dirty. The air stopped working at one point. The check in process was easy.
