Located in the tourist area of Agios Tychonas along the main seafront road, this property is only a few minutes walk away from useful amenities such as a supermarket, bus stop, car rental and various restaurants.
There is lovely family friendly beach which is located opposite the apartment and is only a few minutes walk away, easily accessed via the paved path where guests can enjoy a wonderful walk along the public footpath running along the coastline.

The property receives lots of natural light and fresh sea air and all 3 bedrooms offer lots of space and comfort along with plenty of wardrobe space.

Guests can enjoy the long veranda during the day and evening and if shade is required there is a large electronic awning tent provided which can be controlled using the remote control.

Kindly note that electricity is included in the price (based on a limit of 20Kwh per day).
If consumption is exceeded, the difference will be charged extra at 0.34c per Kwh.
The meter is read on arrival and departure.

Beach towels are provided along with a cooler bag during the summer season.

The apartment is non smoking, however smokers are welcome to use the balcony.
