While this property had a good ocean view and a nice fireplace, that was about the only thing good. All the furniture was extremely uncomfortable, the kitchen had next to nothing in it; not even salt and pepper. The next door tenet had 2 large dogs that they left home alone and they barked constantly. The place was cheap but even cheap places can be comfortable and have the basic amenities. Will never stay here again nor recommend it.

Don’t believe the photos
We checked into this unit in the afternoon, and the first thing I was struck by was how dark the apartment is. The bedroom is to the left of the entry, and it is very dark and dingy and there was a urine odor. I’m not sure whether it was coming from the carpet or the bed. Going down the hall, the bathroom was decent but when we pulled the shower curtain back there was black mold in the shower stall. The rest of the apartment had obviously thrifted mismatched furniture and a very uncomfortable, fake leather futon couch. They definitely used some filtering on their photos to make the apartment look much nicer than it actually is. The back deck was leaning down toward the ground when you walk on it. Very scary. Overall I was uncomfortable even bringing our luggage into this place and we did not stay there. We left after 30 minutes. I spent a week going back-and-forth with Vacasa and they were supposedly going back-and-forth with site management and came to the conclusion that we did not get a refund. It was a lesson learned. Cheap is not best. We had a nice stay at the Ashley Inn down the road.

Place was in a convenient part of town, met requirements i wanted, and overall was aqesome. Neighbors lit illegal fireworks at the trees and kitchen could have used more items but great otherwise.

This was our first time using a VrBo listing and it was worth it. It was a small apt with a beautiful view of the ocean on the second floor balcony. The fireplace in the living room was our destination area for the majority of it all. And we loved being able to travel down 20min to the market and seeing all the beautiful veiws. A very peaceful stay.

Decent, cheap place with a BEAUTIFUL view, we were able to have our dog with us & it’s short walk to Lincoln beach or short drive to Siletz bay. Any noise coming from the hallway was loud and the door to our room needed a threshold on the bottom of the door as it has an inch or two open gap at the bottom. It was a nice stay though and we had a great time.

Plugged toilet, Leaking sink & barking dog all night..
Leaking bathroom sink entire 3 night's stay, toilet plugged 3 times. No plunger. Had to go buy one at Ace Hardware. Dirty kitchen counters and dirty pan in oven. No salt & pepper, no lids for cookware. Only 4 forks so had wash silverware everytime you eat. One of the neighbors downstairs let his dog bark from 11:00pm until 1:30am or later in the morning. I went down to see condo number to let the police know so animal could be taken care of. Then he comes out of different condo room and says dog has anxiety. Why did he let her bark for 2-3 hours? Otherwise this would have been a very cute affordable nice place to stay in. So sad they are letting this little place go downhill. I think we have to give up on Vacasa from now on. We have problems before with different rentals but by far this was the worst-case yet. A lot of rif raf hang around outside also.

The listing fails to say that the main bed is next to a window facing the hall, whose bright light shines in 24/7 and cannot be covered by the curtain. The fireplace smelled strongly of gas, which was worrisome. At 3 am a drunk man began screaming and vommiting for approximately an hour. The view was nice but though. We left early.

Not for 4 adults.
The property was okay, but it is advertised to sleep 4. @ adults and maybe 2 small children. No way does this fit 4 adults. The futon type couch was tiny. I called my husband who was going to bring the dog and told him no way could I put my handicapped daughter on that futon, so he stayed home so she and I could sleep in the bed and my adult son could sleep on the very uncomfortable, small futon/couch. The fireplace did not work at all. Pet deposit was re-embursed and much appreciated, but pretty disappointed in the sleeping accomidations and that guests were forced to stay home.

Stay away
The view is great and the place is dog friendly, but the unit was in terrible shape. The fold out couch was broken, cushions were stained, mattress was stained and littered with debris, hair on the sheets - disgusting and completely unusable for our 2 kids to sleep on. There were gouges in the drywall, silverfish under the kitchen sink, one of the deck chairs was broken, and there was feces on the deck (assuming it was from a dog). We went looking for the manager to complain and surprise - they don't work Fridays or Saturdays. Called the management company and they contacted the maintenance guys who were helpful. They replaced the deck chair and provided blow-up mattresses so my kids didn't have to sleep directly on the floor, although the mattresses took up all of the floor space in the living room. Not worth the money - this place was awful and we will never ever stay here again.

This place is a mess!
What a mess! Where to start? The TV did not work for the first 2 days and there were cables hanging down. The shower did not drain. There was food on the cabinets and ceiling. There were gouges in the walls throughout the unit. It was generally dirty all over. I basically had to clean the kitchen before I used anything. The manager was NOT available to answer questions or get help. The staff was nice but basically couldn't do anything without the manager. I will NOT be staying there again. Others we talked to at the Sandstone Point Hotel, who also stayed there, had similar problems.

Not a good stay
The shower and sink in the bathroom were both clogged. Let them know and it was supposed to be fixed, but never was. The floor looked clean until the sun shone on it, there were streaks everywhere, and the worst part was the bed!!! It was so uncomfortable we couldn't even sleep. We ended up leaving a day early.

Great Escape
I came mid-week. It was quiet and the scenery bordering epic. Two young elks wandered thru the yards the first morning. From my apartment I could see surfers between 2-4pm. The kitchen has everything you need, minus a pot to boil water or soup in. The TV has a good array of channels and the fireplace is cozy through out the day. The patio adequate enough to feel the sea and the coast winds. Overall steal for the money. Only tip, replace that sofa couch I was unable to get it to work.

False advertising…wasn’t like the picture shown. Shoddy!!!

There was a strong odor of crab juice from the fridge and under the sink. It permeated into our wine through the cork. The beds were bad but good enough for a night or two. all in all we weren't there to sit in the room so we had a good time and it was an overall good value. I'll probably pay the extra for something closer to the beach.

The condition of this property was quite poor. If it were my property, I would not feel it was in any condition to rent to others. Upon check-in, the bathroom sink was backed up with filthy water (looked like a toilet had backed up). The cleanliness of the unit was awful. The paint is scratched off walls. The furniture looks dirty & worn. The chair to sit at the 'desk' was soiled so much that I had to put a pillow over to sit down & do some work it & hope that the pillow was not soiled too much. The sink was worked on the 2nd day & still not able to be fixed. The sink had been worked on the day of my arrival &, instead of VRBO calling me to offer something else, I checked in to find the sink left clogged & the snake left out on the counter will all cupboards open & the toilet seat left up. The bathroom was a mess. The shower was a whole other issue... ick! Hoping for a stay credit as a result of this. I was on business & ended up not staying a 2nd night & did not attend my planned meetings the following AM.
