Location:
Conveniently located to all the attractions of downtown Lincoln. Just minutes away by foot from the UNL campus, Memorial Stadium, Pinnacle Bank Arena, Lied Center, The Haymarket, Rail Yard area and the many restaurants downtown Lincoln offers as well as the Capital building.

Features:
This smoke free condo is completely updated. Full kitchen and washer dryer. Sleeps four adults easily with the queen bed and a queen sized air mattress. There is a large very comfortable sofa if needed as well. Secured entry and parking garages are available near by as seen in photos. Basic cable is provided as well as WiFi for any of your needs. TV will accept your streaming devices as well.

Very nice property, even better location!
I wish I had found this property sooner! We stayed here for my son’s graduation from UNL. It’s obviously an older building but the condo was updated and VERY clean. We were only able to stay one night because it was booked the other nights we needed but I’m so glad we got one night. You can’t beat the location! The property owner was great to work with, answered several questions very quickly…just really great to work with!! My son lives in this building and I have a feeling he will be staying at this property in the future, when he goes back to visit Lincoln. And if we ever go back to Lincoln, we will definitely book here!

Would not stay here again!!
The location was good, but if you plan to cook in the property, choose a different location. There wasn’t even a bowl other than 3 cereal bowls. There were no utensils other than a few forks and spoons and a spatula. The creamer was dated good till 2019 - which I didn’t see until it was too late. Unable to lock the door when we left - we were told that ‘maybe the batteries are low’ but never fixed it!! An iron, but no ironing board - after I specifically asked about an iron. Don’t sit on the kitchen stools as they were rickety - actually scary. And if you enjoy sleeping in a taco - this place is for you! No hangers...I could go on and on!!

In Lincoln During Corvid-19
We had the unfortunate luck of being in Nebraska during the time everything in Lincoln closed due to Covid-19. Despite restaurants and bars being closed, we had a lovely dinner in the condo. Even though we had to contact our host to get corrected entry codes for entry to the building and to the condo, our host was quick to respond to my calls and get us in the door. And even though we were in downtown Lincoln, the condo was quiet. Through no fault of our host, we chose to leave a day early, so we could shelter at home rather than in Nebraska, and we were offered a partial refund. We appreciated that! Next time we're in Lincoln, we would stay again at the condo.

Had a great weekend with our son for his fraternity Mom’s Day! This was a great location, perfect for my husband and I. So comfortable. We were able to walk to breakfast, lunch and dinner. Will definitely try to stay here again when in Lincoln!
