Quiet neighborhood home with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, sleeping up to 10+ guests. This is the top level of the home, basement apartment may have other guests but is completely separate from you. If you’d like the basement and top, consider renting Just Like Home Plus. Walking distance of Southpointe Mall as well as eating establishments. Short drive and/or bus shuttle to Memorial Stadium, downtown night life including Haymarket, Lied Center and Pinnacle Bank Arena.

Fast Wifi, smart TV's in bedrooms and living room with Netflix, Disney+ and Amazon Prime included. Washer and Dryer also available if you have an extended stay as well as a deck, grill and front yard area. Supermarket 3 blocks away, as well as Walmart and Target within a mile for any immediate needs during your stay. Parking available in driveway and some street parking available as well. Coffee maker and Keurig available. And NEW to the property- we make freezer meals you can purchase to pop in the oven anytime during your stay! We are happy to send a menu if you would like at time of booking.

With this booking, you will have access to the entire upstairs, deck, front yard, driveway, street parking.

We will be available by cell phone and can be reached multiple different ways including through the Airbnb app.

Very Quiet neighborhood with respectful neighbors...as I'm sure you will be the same to them while visiting our neighborhood. Our street is not a through street so traffic is very minimal.

Short drive and or Bus shuttle in walking distance to Memorial Stadium and downtown night life including Railyard activities, Lied center and Pinnacle Bank Arena. Walking Path directly behind the property for strolls through the area.

Any smoking of any substance INSIDE THE HOME (cigarettes, vape, pot, cigars, etc) will incur a $250 aeration fee, non negotiable.
Smoking cigarettes or vaping (LEGAL PRODUCTS) is acceptable on the patio. Please clean up your trash out of respect for our cleaners and the next guest.
