BEACH Vacation - Couples Getaway - Beach / Water Views - Watch Sunrise

Convenient mid-coast Maine location. Suites by the Sea is located directly across the street from Lincolnville Beach. Spend your day relaxing on the beach. Had enough sun? How about a hike? Camden Hills State Park is 4 miles away with plenty of hiking trails. Hike (or take your car) to the top of Mount Battie for a beautiful panoramic views of Camden Harbor and the islands in Penobscot Bay. If shopping is your thing, the Maine Artisans' shop is right below your suite. There you will find a wide variety of items all hand made by Maine artists.

Venture south to Camden and Rockland, a short drive away, you will find more shops and restaurants, schooner and windjammer cruises, visit a lighthouse or a Museum. After you have seen all the sights to the south, you may wish to travel north to Belfast, another quaint Maine seaside town with shops and restaurants, take a stroll along the harbor walk or schedule a schooner ride. Keep going north and visit Bar Harbor and Acadia National Park. See the beauty of Maine's rocky coast.

After a fun filled day, come back to your suite to relax and unwind. Your suite has all the comforts of home. In this studio, you have a queen size bed, full kitchen, electric fireplace for ambiance and a private balcony overlooking Lincolnville Beach and Penobscot Bay. Enjoy a soak in the jetted tub to relax those tired muscles.

Notes:
- Suite is on the second floor, up one flight of outside stairs (no elevator)
- To light sleepers, we are located on route 1, you will get traffic noise. Watching TV, running the AC or using the sound machine helps to lessen the noise.
- Security camera is located in the entrance hallway which serves 4 apartments.

Work Therapy
I had to travel for work and at the end of hours of driving, this was a little slice of heaven. The peaceful sounds and views of the ocean did the trick. I enjoyed the local eateries and shops within walking distance. Being right on Rte 1 is a blessing and a curse, convenient but a bit dangerous/loud sometimes. I would definitely stay here again.

We loved the location since it was on the part of the coast we love but not in an overcrowded place. The set up of the studio was perfect too for myself and husband. Very easy to contact the property manager and other staff who were all friendly and helpful.

The apartment was very clean and comfortable. It was well stocked and enjoyed the ocean views from the balcony. If we had time, a ferry ride across to Islesboro would have been great too. The Lobster Pound across the street had the best seafood and staff. We thoroughly enjoyed our time in Lincolnville and would recommend to anyone wanting a peaceful, restful getaway.

Great property to stay at for 2. Lots in a small unit with lots of nice extras in case you forget something Just enough things around to be convenient yet not in an extremely busy tourist area. Dinnner at the Lobster pound across the street was great. I was traveling with my daughter and Linda (manager) got together a few treats for her arrival. Definitely went above and beyond. She also let me know the room was ready ahead of check in time if we were early. I would recommend to anyone with two people.

Wonderful vacation
First, let me start by thanking Linda our property manager. Her communication and genuine care were excellent. The property was clean and well maintained. The location right on Atlantic Highway has the potential to be a little noisy but they have a "white noise" machine which was welcomed. There are also units on the back side of the property, but we wanted the ocean view at the sacrifice of the noise. We sat on the deck every morning and had coffee, it was lovely. Convenient to Camden, 15 minutes, 30 minutes from Rockland. Plenty to do. Great central location for hiking, which we did daily. Would definitely stay here again.

Wow, just smazing!
The property is just as shown. It's a quiet little area (at least this time of year). Town is 10 minutes away with wonderful local shops, everyone is very nice. The view from the room is great and the little heater fireplace makes it so cozy. The only thing I didnt like was not their fault. It was how far I had to drive to get to this little gem. (Obviously, I just need to move closer. lol) The management was nice, very helpful with special accommodations we requested. I cannot say enough good things about it and highly recommend a stay.

Suites by the Sea is conveniently located. Beautiful views and a short walk to the beach. The apartment is set up perfectly , clean and completely furnished with all the necessary items needed for a wonderful vacation. We loved it so much we stayed an extra night. Property manager was easy to contact and work with. We will definitely visit again.
