„We were met by Patti at the time of our arrival. She showed us around and everything was easy to understand. The house is small, cozy and very comfortable. It was too cold to be able to use the outside though we would have loved too! The igloo and fire pit area looked very inviting! They have everything you need for a comfortable stay😊. „Very nice house to use as a base for a Doylestown wedding. Nothing fancy, but we weren't there that much. Very clean, comfortable and quiet with a nice kitchen. Great AC! The one problem was the entrance--It was very hard to find even when we knew it was hidden. Also it was hard to get out on the very busy road--visibility from the driveway to the road was obscured even for a right turn.“

The outside doesn’t appear to be maintained as well as it should be, there is a sitting area out back with table & chairs needed to be wiped down and space all cluttered with leaves. The restrooms were not as clean as I prefer ( I cleaned them myself prior to use).
