LOCATION: Located in the country (but all paved roads) was perfect to unwind and relax. Houlton was a quick drive away for any groceries if wanting to cook for yourself. „This is an old fashioned camp, but with the update of electricity and indoor plumbing. It maintains that rustic camp life feel with a little more comfort. I will note that this is a bring your own sheets and towels rental. “

One brave soul even took the paddle board out around the nearby island to get sunset pictures. Our host was very responsive to our questions. Would stay again if ever in Northern Maine. „Wonderful beautiful property. Gorgeous views. Everything we needed and more, very appreciated. Mostly perfectly clean - a lot of dead flies on the upstairs windowsills that freaked my daughter out a bit but easy clean up with the supplied vacuum. Some dog hair on carpets that could aggravate allergies. Otherwise perfect! Thanks for a great stay.“

„This is glamping at its finest. Enjoyed all the amenities of the dome. Nice seclusion and beautiful view of small lake right from your bed. Thanks Sam for sharing such a special little place. “

„We stayed over the July 4th week to be near other family and attend some events. The camp was clean, cozy and had everything you could want/need- kitchen was very well equipped with anything you'd need for meal prep, including basics (salt, sugar, oil, spices,etc...). Lots of extra towels, linens, beach towels. Comfortable beds with views of the lake and little balcony off upstairs bedrooms. There was everything you could want for outdoor fun- paddle boards, kayak, canoe, motor boat, solo fire ...
