„The property is as advertised and is awesome!!! The inside is nice and well appointed. The outside property is very nice and the amenities are amazing!!! Cabana bar, fire pit, horseshoes, washers, tether ball and more. Also a very nice outdoor play are for the children. A really nice getaway. We also liked the location, halfway between Weatherford and Granbury on the Brazos river. The sunsets were pretty too!!!“

„I wanted to get away with very few distractions. The property located off the beaten path was perfect. Extremely cute and I spent a lot of time in the soaker tub. Highly recommend a stay here. I was 20 minutes from downtown shopping in Weatherford. A good number of shops to choose from. The owners were very qick to respond to messages “

„It was our second year and we loved it as much as we did the first time we stayed! The grandkids loved fishing and yes catching fish!! They were perfect for them fishing…they caught one just about every time they casted their line. Pickle ball and basketball was played again…and of course we have to have a campfire and make s’mores❣️“

„The house was very well stocked and was as described. The host was very responsive to our questions and we enjoyed the privacy of the property while still being close to all we needed. Worked great for our family!“

„The house was decorated for Christmas so that was a nice surprise. House is great and the views were pretty. Only thing that got tricky was when the guard would leave at 7 pm at the gate. It always took us 4-5 minutes to get through with ID’s and their system wasn’t working like the sign said. Other than that it was great“

„Attended a wedding event in Weatherford and found the location of Roadrunner Ranch to be secluded, yet conveniently close to the restaurants and shops in town! „We enjoyed our stay with the big kitchen, and the long table for visiting. Comfortable beds! The listing talks about a hot tub, so we were sad to not find that there. We came prepared for one. “

„My father was supposed to join us on this trip, but passed away 10 days prior. We went and celebrated him. He would have loved sitting on the porch or in the pool watching his grandchildren swim, fish and play. The ambience was great. The house was clean and comfortable. We will definitely be back!“
