HORRIBLE. First thing..the address on Expedia is NOT THE ADDRESS of the property. Its a totally different address. The property manager asked me to come pick up the keys instead of meeting us there so we had to figure out how to enter the code to get in, had no idea how to access the parking garage or where the parking space was. So much stress and aggravation trying to figure it out. The apartment was FILTHY! coffee stains on the floor, chocolate (or some other dark substance) stain on fridge handle..and a PAIR OF SOMEONE ELSES SHOES under the bed! and they had nerve collecting a cleaning fee prior to us getting the keys! Even with pictures they would not refund it!!! One roll of toilet paper per bathroom (We were 8 people and stayed for 4 days...we all know how long that lasted) ONE TOWEL per person, per stay. I called requesting more towels and I was told NO! Air conditioning is NOT WORKING. No matter how high we put it we were always sweating, so uncomfortable after a long day of sight seeing to come home to an inferno. No instructions on check out either, I called and asked what i needed to do. Malfada told me to leave the keys on the table and close the door behind me. Well the garage clicker is attached to the keys and we are 2 levels undergound. We assumed there would be a button to press to let us out but THERE WASNT!We tried calling the cell phone given to us for help but no answer. WE WERE TRAPPED UNDERGROUND waiting for a resident to let us out. BEWARE!! STAY AWAY
