"Well functioning airport shuttle and a well-equipped big gym. That’s the two positive aspects I can mention. Apart from that the hotel does not fulfill the function that people use a hotel for- get sleep when they are away from home. My room was exactly after the runway so the departing aircraft’s flew right over. Instead of using triple-glazed windows or other measures to reduce noises, they only have very old windows not protecting guests from the noise at all. I don’t now how often I woke up from departing airplanes but I now can differentiate very well the sound of narrow and wide body aircraft’s during take off 😂 Please do not give the feedback that I have ti expect this at an airport hotel. The night before I stayed at Atlanta airport in similar proximity to the airport and they had well isolated window systems reducing the noise to maybe 25% of the level of the Hyatt Regency at O’Hare airport."

"Late Check-Out ist möglich...und das obwohl der normale Check-Out erst um 12:00 Uhr (12:00 am) ist! Frühstücksbuffet ist hervorragend. Shuttle-Transfer zu Terminal 1 ist perfekt und fährt jede 30 Minuten."

"Unser Zimmer hat uns eher an ein altes Gasthaus in Bayern erinnert. Alt, abgewohnt und dunkel. Lediglich die Kuhglocken haben gefehlt… Im Gang hat es widerlich gerochen, das Zimmer war aber in der Hinsicht ok. Das Bad war an und für sich in Ordnung und auch sauber. Allerdings ist in Wanne und Waschbecken das Wasser kaum abgeflossen. Bis das Wasser in der Dusche warm wurde, war die Wanne halb voll mit Wasser, kaltem. Und da es nicht abfloss, musste man gezwungenermaßen in kaltem Wasser stehend duschen. "

"Alle 3 Tage kein Zimmer-Internetempfang! Interessierte niemand! Ansonsten alles Mittelmässig. Das Depot von 50$ wurde nachträglich aus unverständlichen Gründen noch verbucht! Passt alles zusammen, keine Führung! "
