„Wir waren 5 Arbeitskollegen und Freunde. Das Apartment ist sehr groß und auch bei heißen Temperaturen kühl. Die Lage ist perfekt. Es gibt allerdings einige Sachen die erneuert werden könnten. Eine Türklinke ist locker und fällt runter wenn man die Tür schließen möchte und eine Handtuch Halterung im Bad ist ebenfalls locker. Im kleinen Badezimmer war es auch sehr schwer zu duschen da sonst das ganze Bad unter Wasser stand. Trotz dessen, würden wir jederzeit wieder kommen. Auch die Kommunikation ...

„Everything was great. The appartment is very cozy, has everything you need and is well located in the heart of Alfama. The only thing to complain was the sofabed in the livingroom. It is not really comfprtable for sleeping. “

„Check-In und Check-Out liefen unkompliziert und schnell ab, zudem bekamen wir viele nützliche Tips vom Vermieter. Das Objekt selber ist zwar klein, aber vollkommen ausreichend und liebevoll eingerichtet. In Küche und Bad sind alle notwendigen Utensilien vorhanden. Die Lage ist ruhig im Viertel Belém, das durch viele Parks und Sehenswürdigen bekannt ist. In die Innenstadt dauert es mit dem Zug ca. 6min. In unmittelbarer Umgebung befinden sich Einkaufs- und Essensmögichkeiten. Alles in allem ...

„The paint could be updated (ligther colors) the lighting could be improved, the apartment was spacious, but but a third bathroom wpuldnhave been great for a group ofn8.“

„Mix communication regarding check in. Also mix communixation for check out. We were told by the personnel that checked us in (Nuno) that the cleaning people woukd take care of the garbage, fridge and to leave the keys on the kitche table. The place was clean and large and very comfirtable. “

„Logement conforme dans un quartier populaire.“

„Endroit très calme, mais le quartier est moins sécuritaire. Le logement est bien organisé mais la salle de bain a besoin de rénovation. Le propriétaire est très sympathique et avenant.“

„Die Lage der Wohnung ist super. Das Wohnzimmer liegt direkt an einer kleinen Seitenstraße. Supermarkt ist fußläufig in 5 Minuten zu erreichen und es gibt viele Restaurants in der Nähe. Die Wohnung ist sauber und wie im Inserat beschrieben. Nur die Außendusche ist veraltet und konnte daher nicht genutzt werden. Leider hatten wir während unseres Aufenthalts ein großes Problem mit Motten, wovon es mit der Zeit auch immer mehr gab, ansonsten kann man die Unterkunft weiterempfehlen.“

„It is a lovely place for a family to stay with comfortable rooms and all possible things that you might need around the house . We were very pleased with kitchen set up . The owner was very easily reachable and very helpful to any of our needs . The area has quite few small shops around , not that many restaurants , but location is only 10-15 min away from the center so it was not a big problem . In overall it was a great pleasant experience “

„Despite the quietness of the neighborhood, there are lots of shops (mini mercados) and restaurants nearby. Belem is in walking distance (don't miss the Mosteiro Jeronimos!) and the city center just a quick ride with the Bus or Tram away (preferably with the old Eletrico line 18E). The apartment itself has everything you need. Very good communication with the owners. Quick reaction when little problems occured (for example empty gas bottle for stove/hot water).“

Mikrowelle, Kochgeschirr/Geschirr/Besteck

„The photos show every room in the apartment but in fact we had only access to our room and bathroom and a microwave. We discuss to have access to the kitchen and they say yes. Mattress and pillows were perfect. The hote was sympatic and had response to our asking.“

„We had a wonderful time. How convenient to have pizzeria and wine bar right downstairs. And a pasteleria just down the block. Clean and enjoyable accommodations. “

„We loved this apartment! Very large, stylish and was even better than the pictures. We liked the surrounding area. It was quiet, felt very safe and had restaurants, a pharmacy and grocery nearby. My only caution... It includes parking in an underground garage. It is very, very tight. Only use it if you have a small car. There is a lot of street parking and lots nearby.“

„The location is decent and convenient enough. It is a short walk to the Arroios metro station and also nearby several grocery stores. We appreciated the layout & spaciousness of the apartment with the two bedrooms and bathrooms, and the laundry machine in-unit. The unit itself is as advertised from the photos, however it isn't within the cleanest property. Both the property and unit itself could use better cleaning attention. The unit is two flights up a narrow, dimly lit & dusty stairwell. ...

„Great location in the Barrio Alto area. Luis & Pedro have great communication and wonderful to deal with. Easy to get around Lisbon from there. 10 minute walk downhill to the waterfront. Lots of great walkable restaurants in the area. It is noisy in the evening as you are close to the Barrio Alto nightlife but with the windows shut it is quite quiet. And after a day of adventuring you will sleep well in the comfy beds. “
