„If you’re looking for a relaxing, unique/fun home this is it!! The host was amazing & left no questions to ask. The home is fully stocked with all your needs from cooking utensils, wood to start a warm fire & even games for in between time. The bedrooms are cozy and the beds are super soft. The deck & sun room/dining room was a fav, the views are amazing. I would certainly recommend and even stay here again. Thank you “

„We had a beautiful, peaceful, cozy fall weekend at this cabin. The location is stunning next to the lake and across the street from hiking trails. The cabin had everything we needed and was quite comfortable. The only caveat is that it abuts a road with aggressive drivers so I did not feel comfortablet letting my dog off leash. Other than that, ideal. I will definitely be back! “

„We had a great time at Highland Lake. The apartment was so comfortable, and larger than I would have thought from the description. It was convenient to town - the teens loved access to DQ, pizza shops, etc just a few minutes away. There were kayaks and a paddleboat we could borrow, which I somehow missed in the description - nice pluses! The lake access from the dock was perfect. „Considering that area does not have convenient hotels, this location was perfect for the event we attended. It was nice of them to vacate their home so we could stay - though we wish that would have been communicated. There is no extra room with twin beds - at least not functional. The property is nice. Whomever took the pictures did a great job. It worked for us for the short time we were in the area.“
