„Great Hotel in Punta Mita with excellent service. Great Pools and jacuzzis. Excellent beach, very kind and helpful staff. Food and Drink prices are exaggerated though - it costs about twice as in other good hotels in Pta Vallarta area. Overall, excellent hotel that my wife and i enjoyed a lot.“

„Es war mehr als perfekt! Der erste Eindruck der Lobby ist spektakulär, die zusammenhängenden Zimmer waren sehr schön, groß und sauber. Die Aussendusche ist großartig! Das Essen war sehr gut. Man kann auch außerhalb essen, zB. Im Sufi oder Four Seasons. Der Butlerservice ist fantastisch! Das Personal ausgesprochen freundlich, aufmerksam und pampering. Wir hatten einen Latecheckout um 17:00 Uhr mit jeder Annehmlichkeit, im Gegensatz zum Mousai, wo wir Punkt 11:00 Uhr telefonisch herausgeworfen ...

„Hotel con muy buena distribución e instalaciones limpias. Se destaca por un personal atento y con sentido al servicio al cliente, Justo nuestro hoster nos garantizó una estancia estupenda, lo único es que hay transporte y opciones muy limitadas para llegar al hotel y poder moverte a otros sitios turísticos y playas. La comida en general bien, con buenas opciones para todos los gustos. “

„Very nice facilities and great staff. Female dorm is very nice and gives everyone a good amount of privacy. The layout is not typical hostel style, in order to get in touch with others you have to make a bit more of an effort. If you want to join activities (trips, yoga, surfing etc.) ask specifically about yourself. “
