„I knew there was an ocean view but, I didn’t realize we were so close to it. We enjoyed listening to the ocean waves hit the rocks everyday. The house was spacious and two kitchens and 4 patios if you include the pool deck. Josh was very helpful and made sure we had everything we needed during our stay. We enjoyed barbecuing on the patio, and going into Higuera Blanca, Sayulita and Punta Mita to eat. Definitely have a SUV vehicle and listen to the hosts recommendations for ease of staying.“

The house has plenty of room for the family to spread out and relax, play cards, cook and lounge around the pool surrounded by the beautifully maintained grounds. „We rented this house for 6 days in September. The owners are very nice. Good communication, and they set us up with Adam prior to our arrival. Adam had to be one of the best hosts we’ve had, prior to arrival and while we were there. Available for any help you could need, check in, activities, restaurants, etc. September is off season. „As gorgeous as these pics are, you may, like us, think you’ve arrived at the wrong house. Really splendid. A vacation layer cake of a house. Full view of beach and water (thru public access), not just the sunset “slit” you see here. All day bodyboarding in warm water, regatta of sups, boards etc. these hosts SHARE. „My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Paradiso Perduto and wish we could have stayed for a month! The attention to detail in terms of amenities and guest comfort could not be better. Disappointing experience

"The check in was really the start of the bad experience because of a system issue between Hotels.com and Iberostar, the kids age was not correct and we needed to pay a lot more unexpectedly. In addition, the room was having an issue with the fire sensor and it was constantly flashing. The solution was to add tape to cover the light during the nights. Finally, I believe that the teams and employees help a lot and provide customer service, but due to orders and because of an out of common sense management, the full holiday was ruined. So not really interested in returning to an Iberostar hotel... "
