„This home was perfect for our family of 3! We originally scheduled it for 3 nights in Sept, but had to reschedule at the last minute due to a family health emergency. The host was very understanding and accommodating and we rescheduled for the end of Oct. We just returned home from our mini vacation and had a fantastic time. „We wanted a short getaway that would accept the dogs. This was perfect. Very dog friendly spot and area. Close to Lake Superior, Porcupine Mountains, and Lake of the Clouds. Modest house, homey. Very well stocked kitchen and bath. White Pine MI is a very small community without many services, which is why I didn't rate location as excellent. But, we came prepared with what we needed and enjoyed our stay. “

„Perfect location for a snowmobiling weekend. Everything was as described in the listing. The game room was fun and so much to do. The hot tub was a great way to relax after a day of riding snowmobiles. Everything we needed was there. The host was also really responsive and flexible for us. We have the place booked again in January and we can't wait to be back! Thanks!!!!!!!!!!“

„This little spot was the perfect place to stay close to the porkies and have all of the amenities to be self sufficient. It was better stocked than most places we’ve stayed across the state. After lots of hiking and climbing all those stairs to get to the top of Summit Peak, the hot tub was a welcomed treat!! Also close to the the Konteka, which was fun to mingle with other travelers and catch a few sports games. Thanks for a great stay! Highly recommend. “

„This was a perfect place for me, my son, his wife and their two children, ages 7 and 10, to get away together for a few days after Christmas. Despite having to change our outdoor plans somewhat due to rather lousy rainy weather, there were games to play and puzzles to put together and a well stocked kitchen where we made our meals together. And we still worked in several nearby, beautiful outdoor hikes, even if it was slushy. We enjoyed every minute.“

„Overall a good experience. House was large enough to fit my large family for Christmas. Nice view out the back window. It was near the Porcupine ski area and nice hiking. It has a well stocked kitchen. There were some mechanical issues with the age of the house. Host was responsive. Would stay again.“

„All was as stated in the listing. All the pots, pans and utensils needed and clean, close to the lake and the Porkies. I will say, the paper products thing was a surprise. It is listed in the property description but I was disappointed and how much “to get you started” amounted to. There was a single roll of toilet paper in each bathroom along with a few tissues. We were in need of more by the first morning. Given the cost to have these stocked, seemed like a pretty big hassle. “
