„It was a GREAT location, one of only two hotels on Ocean Drive. the grounds were amazing. The building is falling apart a little, there is deferred maintenance, but the room was clean, the staff was Wonderful. we had a view of the ocean, the hot tub was hot, the coffee and breakfast muffins were great. It is what it is and there is SO much to see in Newport that you shouldnt be spending much time in the room. “

„Went for the St. Paddy’s day parade with a few friends. We are Salve Alumni and love coming to visit. The place was super cute and in a great location. There was 5 of us so definitely tight quarters but Derek was very accommodating for letting us park a third car down the street. However, there was a lack of items for the kitchen such as pots or sharp knives for cooking and cutting limes. Overall, stay was amazing and would do it again!“

„The place and location was perfect for us. I loved that the contents of the kitchen drawers were neatly labeled. We drove 15 minutes to South Beach in Little Compton to see the dawn. My husband walked to Groundswell to pick up sandwiches. And we found a Charge-Point fast charger on Souza off Fish to recharge our all electric car. We look forward to staying there again!“

„We wanted to be on the beach in a quiet town and that’s what we got. We loved our room in Heron. We had a huge bath tub, lots of space, a lovely porch and lots of windows towards the water.
