„Quiet area and great little houses. Rented the margarita and was not disappointed. At one point our door lock failed and the manager was there within a few minutes to fix it. Would stay again!“

„We were so please with this home! The pool and pool area was amazing, with great privacy and tropical foliage all around. Communication with the homeowner was very easy. The home had everything we needed for our month long stay. The beds were comfortable, as was the living area. The location was perfect, central to the beaches and activities of Venice & Englewood. We would deffinetley stay there again if visiting Venice!“

„The location is best on island from what I could tell. You can see gulf and bayside. Sunsets are amazing. Wildlife and seashells abound. The beaches are secluded for the most part with an occasion couple or family but night and day when compared to some of the more “touristy” places we have stayed along 30A. We will most certainly return. The owner and caretakers went out of their way to ensure our stay was amazing. Stephanie, Wendy and Bob were excellent communicators!“

„We stayed with our cat for 2 weeks. It was immaculate. The apartment is very close to the beach and in a safe area. Check-in was flawless and the owner Carmen responded to our questions promptly. The kitchenette was adequately stocked and bathroom and toiletries were plenty. Everything you would also want was available. Beach chairs, umbrella a hose to clean everything. A vacuum a washer and dryer with bleach, detergent and softener were available. I will comment be aware there are 18 steps to ...

„So it was immediately after Hurricane Helene. Pat kept us updated as we were on the road to the property. The day before we were to arrive Pat called and said option A was out and option B would have too much water. So she refunded all our money including the VRBO fee. Excellent and honest host.“
