„Everything was very nice, with overall northwoods/log lodge vibe throughout the exterior and public areas of the hotel. The pool was well maintained, but the sauna control panel was heavily used/abused and difficult to operate. Our main complaint was that Wi-fi is very flaky. “

„Five ladies on a little vacation. This was perfect for us. Very quiet neighborhood. We enjoyed watching the geese, swans, ducks and muskrats from the cabin. Deer were everywhere. Lots of very comfortable beds to choose from. And all our questions were answered very promptly. Thanks for the great stay!“

„The property was clean and as described in the listing. It has a beautiful lake view. There is a nice outdoor patio but the weather didn't cooperate to fully enjoy it. The path down to the dock is a bit steep but doable. This cabin was close to the Train Ride out of Trego which made it convenient for us.“

„The property was on a beautiful location and was very nice and clean. I wouldn't recommend for anyone with mobility issues because steps are steep down to the lower level (bathroom) and upstairs to the loft. “

„The location of this place is perfect! My kids absolutely loved exploring around the cabin and finding fish near the dock. The hosts were super accommodating. This will definitely be a place we hope to return to.“

„The cabin is very clean and communication with the host was easy and timely. It was a very peaceful experience and we enjoyed morning coffee and breakfast on the deck. As golfers, it was nice to have the Spooner course so close and several others in the area to choose from. The proximity to town is nice as well. As noted by others, the lake is weedy off of the dock.“

„My husband and I really enjoyed our stay. The cabin is situated in a good location. It’s a very short walk to an excellent view of the lake. The food and service at the bar was top notch. Property management/host responded promptly to messages. The cabin itself is cozy and has a comfortable bed.“
