Check out this first floor, large efficiency condo at Cypress Bay in Little River, SC, a quaint fishing village close to the intracoastal waterway - about10 minutes to the North Myrtle Beach and Cherry Grove beaches. This condo is fully furnished and newly renovated with a fully equipped kitchen and sleeps up to two guests in a queen bed. Within walking distance to restaurants and shopping and there are many golf courses in the area.

Upon arrival, guests will enter into the kitchen area. to the right just before the kitchen is the laundry room.Guests will love the convenience of an in-house stackable washer and dryer. The kitchen offers full-size stainless steel appliances and ample cabinet and counter space for cooking meals. Guests will enjoy the beautiful granite counters, tile backsplash, large kitchen sink, island with storage and large pantry cabinet. There is a dining table as well as a breakfast bar.

Directly across from the kitchen, guests will find two doors. One of the two doors has the bathroom. The bathroom features a vanity, mirror and tub/shower combo. There is a small office furnished with a desk and chair, convenient for traveling professionals. Nice living area with flat screen tv, WIFI and access to a lovely screened porch overlooking green space.

Continuing through the condo, past the dining area is the main living area. This space features a couch, two accent chairs, side table, a coffee table, full size bed, two night stands, a flat screen TV, and access to the large enclosed sunporch.

Pack light! We provide our guests with 8 bath towels, 8 washcloths, soap, shampoo, lotion, conditioner, makeup wipes, bedding, and everything you will need to enjoy your stay. We will also provide basic "starter toiletries" that include toilet paper, paper towels, dish liquid, soap, and more!

The departure cleaning fee is in place to compensate the cleaner, the cost of toiletries, and the laundering of the towels, linens, and bedding. We truly want to make your experience with us as affordable as possible! Unlike many properties managed by other companies and homeowners, we can accommodate daily housekeeping and mid staying cleaning requests for a small fee.

Our guests will have access to the outdoor community pool, and hot tub. Guests are expected to follow all posted rules when enjoying these areas!

Cypress Bay is also in close proximity to with easy access to the beach, intercoastal waterway, restaurants, entertainment and more!!. In addition, this condo is only a 30 minute drive to the attractions in central Myrtle Beach; Broadway At The Beach, Myrtle Beach Convention Center, and just a short drive to the Boardwalk and SkyWheel. Our guests love the location and proximity to the attractions, shopping, dining, theaters, mini golf, go karts, golfing, fishing, and so much more!
