„Our stay was great. The Alling House is a beautiful Victorian house with everything, including many decorative items there and in place. We hope to stay there again next year when we attend the Florida Square Dance Convention.“

„We throughly enjoyed our stay. Home was perfectly laid out and comfortable. Plenty of room inside and out. Beds are comfortable and furniture is too. We had a family dinner in the outside sunroom. Grilled in the back area and had a few small fires in the fire pit. We would definitely stay again. Very relaxing!“

„Cute tiny house. Very clean. Private. I was not happy with the AC window unit in the bedroom as it woke me up whenever it turned on. There is a chicken coop next to it with a rooster that greeted me in the morning. But I love backyard chickens so that was ok. Would be nice to provide ice for drinks and cream for coffee. Thanks. “

„Das Haus liegt super zu den Freiteitparks, Universal Studios näher als Disney. Die Möblierung des Hauses entspricht den Fotos in einem frechen Industriallook, leider sind einige Möbelstücke etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Ebenso der Gartenzaun welcher einige Lücken aufweist und der Pool mal einen neuen Anstrich benötigt. Zimmer und Betten sind gut, Küche praktisch, da wünschte ich mir schon ein wenig mehr Geschirr. „Carlos was so nice and clear in communication. Easy access to the property with secure code system. The house has been furnitured with style and class and was super clean in a quiet area. We stayed there for 3 nights and were a group of 4. We appreciated the backyard as well the space the house has offered. Highly recommended!“

„I enjoyed my week at Renees house very much. It felt quiet and safe. The neighborhood was only noisy on Sat night! She has provided many useful items. The very soft big bed forced me to sleep in a twin bed in the front room that gets the streetlight but i told her about all that. Not fancy but cozy.“

„The Cozy Cottage is a short walking distance from town; took about 3-4 minutes! Quiet, clean and well appointed! The host/owner was very kind and attentive to making sure we had everything we needed for a pleasant stay. It was very comfortable. We thought it was perfect; just as described! “

„Fully equipped. Could have used more pans in kitchen like cookie sheets etc. Not that there were bugs but a can of bug spray for the one bug we did see would have been nice. We did hear traffic a lot even though the windows were closed. The “flex” room is a finished garage which was done nicely with a lovely bathroom and shower but just know what you’re getting. „Perfect home away from home in the Orlando Area...business or pleasure, this is a great place to stay...you won't regret it! Communication with owner was amazing and the house has everything you need!“

„Everything was great, spacious clean condo. We only stayed one night on the way to the airport. The only complains are that there was no coffee or tea. There was a coffee machine, but the only thing we found was Folgers instant coffee that we decided to avoid.“

„Very very lovely. Stunning gardens, beautiful lakeview. It was so great to sit in the rocking chair on the old porch with a drink and just watch the breathtaking sunsets, which seem to go on for hours. Good restaurant, friendly staff. „I come here every 3 or 4 months and I always stay here. It’s convenient for the location I go to here. The staff and bartenders are great; friendly and fast and attentive. This time around, the king size bed in my room was not that comfortable. And I noticed a little aging in places in the room. But, it’s a good property and very convenient. This time also, the pricing was a little too much, I think, for the value. There was a big convention there, so I get it. But I won’t pay that price again. ...
