Location:
* 10 min walk / 2 min drive from Liverpool John Lennon Airport.
* 6 min drive to New Mersey Shopping Park, which has multiple stores, retailers and food/dining places, including Cineworld, Starbucks, Pizza Hut, etc.
* 10 min drive to Garston Park and Reynolds Park.
The space
A stylish, double-storied, terraced house that is well suited for groups of 5-6 people or small families. The house has a total of 7 rooms which are made up of 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (one on each floor), a living room and a kitchen as well as a front and back garden.

* Guests will have access to the entire property.
* Guests will have access to free wifi.
* Guests will have access to the full features of the smart tv, including Netflix.
* Guests will have access to free parking right outside the property.
Other things to note
* This is a self-check-in property however you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the property.

* Check-in time is 3pm and check-out time is 10am however if you would like a later check-in/check-out time, this will be arranged for you for a small charge.

* There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the property! If we discover any evidence of this rule being breached, (e.g. smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we reserve the right to charge a £100 smoking fee, at a minimum.

* There is a zero-tolerance policy for parties, large gatherings, loud noises or outside guests! If we discover any evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without refund) and will involve a security team to evict you. Local authorities may also be present (if needed). We will also charge you a fee of up to £200, at a minimum.

* There is a zero-tolerance policy for pets! If we discover any evidence of this, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without refund) and will involve a security team to evict you. We will also charge you a fee of up to £100, at a minimum. Any damage that has been done by the pet (e.g. broken furniture, dirty carpets, etc.) will also be added on to your fee.
