This is a large two-story house, located near the city centre and Anfield. A short 8-minute drive (1.8 miles) will take you to the city centre, Anfield Stadium, and ACC. Convenient public transportation is available with a 4-minute train or 10-minute bus ride from the city centre. Universities are a 15-minute walk away, while a leisurely 30-minute stroll will lead you to the city centre.

The house has four bedrooms, three bathrooms, one large kitchen and a back garden, with no living room..

Ground floor has one large double bedroom with a king bed and a large sofa, one shower room with toilet, kitchen and the back garden. Upstairs has one en-suite double with a private shower room in the bedroom, one standard double, one single room and one common bathroom.

There is no living room, dishwasher and dryer.

There is heating, bedside table and a desk in the bedroom. Full beddings, bath towels, and showering items will be provided.

The Kitchen is fully equipped to cook your meals.

There is a double sofa bed on the ground floor bedroom and it will be set up for bookings with 8 or/and 9 guests. The standard set-up for bookings with 7 guests and less will be for 3 double beds and 1 single bed in each of the rooms. For bookings with 7 guests and less, you can request to pay £20 to use the sofa bed and for £15 we can set up another single foldable bed in the ensuite room..

Two small to medium pets allowed with a one time pet fee of £20 and damage deposit of £100. The damage deposit is fully refundable after check out, if there is no pet mess and damage found. Your pet will not be allowed to make noise which would disturb the neighbours, if anyone complain, I have to ask you to check out right away without any refund..

There is a shop opposite the road that sells daily essentials and food. Big supermarkets are 5 mins walk away.

The closest train stations to the property are Edge Hill, Liverpool Lime Street and Liverpool Central. There are also various bus stations 2 minutes walk away from the property.

8mins drive to Liverpool City Centre, Anfield Stadium and ACC.

4 mins train or 10mins bus to Liverpool City Centre. 15mins walk to the universities.

Free parking available at the property right in front of the house.

A convenient shop & many take-aways across the road, and big supermarkets are within 5mins walk..

Check-out is by 11 am, you may able to leave your luggage in the kitchen. Or you top up £30 to keep the room till 1 pm, if you like to opt-in for late check out. Please let me know 48 hours before your arrival if you need these services.

We cannot have drop off before the check in time. However, you can upgrade to an early check in from 2pm for £30. .Please let me know 48 hours before your arrival if you need this service.

Checking In between midnight -0800 requires anther day booking.

Do not take anything out of storage cardboard, drawers etc without our consent. Otherwise, extra laundrette fee will be charged on the everything that you have taken out from the storage.

No smoking and no party inside the house!

Quiet hours are from 10pm - 7 am, no loud music or talking loudly during this period. No visitors are allowed during this period.
