Serendipity House is located in a 4-unit complex in the heart of downtown Livingston.
The entire Serendipity House condo is yours to enjoy including the courtyard, which is shared by the four condos on the Mill House property.
There is no garage access, however.
Serendipity House is a charming condo downtown condo, situated in the historic Mill House, built in the 1890s, and originally served as the Livingston Lumber Company. Experience all of the restored charm and ambience in the private courtyard, a space shared with just three other exclusive condos.
Located on the second floor, your Serendipity House boasts over 1,600 square feet of luxurious living space, flooded with natural light from expansive floor-to-ceiling windows.
The kitchen is fully equipped and an open space for meal preparation and dining. You can even catch the sunrise over the downtown buildings from the living area.
Head upstairs to find two comfortable bedrooms, one featuring two twin beds, and the master with a comfortable queen, and both abodes equipped with Roku TVs.
Wind down after a long day of Montana outdoor adventures with the luxurious jacuzzi tub and walk-in shower in your private master retreat.
A convenient laundry area with vintage doors enhances your living experience, and an additional full bath rounds out the upper level.
Your condo comes with a designated parking space in the lot across from the Mill House on 2nd St. Loading and unloading in the alley is permitted, however please avoid parking there.
Enjoy a leisurely walk downtown to discover Livingston’s unique shops and exceptional dining options.
For a quick excursion, Bozeman is just a 30 minute drive to the west, and the stunning landscapes of Yellowstone National Park are accessible headed south in about an hour.
Serendipity House is centrally located to downtown Livingston.
Guests may walk, bike or drive to the plethora of downtown shops and restaurants. It's also a quick stroll down to Sacajawea Park and the Yellowstone River, the community skate park and the ball fields. Rent some bikes and take a cruise through our wonderful little town!
A quick drive under 5 minutes will land guests at the grocery store, to the highway headed South to Yellowstone National Park, or on the interstate to head towards Bozeman.
PETS: Serendipity House does not allow pets.
Registered Service Animals (SA) are welcome.
Emotional Support Animals (ESA) are welcome with verified documentation only. The Guest must provide documentation from a licensed mental health professional to the Host at least 48 hours prior to the arrival date. The Host is entitled to charge the Guest for any damages caused by the Emotional Support Animal.
PARKING: Your condo comes with a designated parking space (#8) and permit for the lot on 2nd Street. The parking permit is just inside on the entryway table. Kindly return it before your departure.
Free street parking is also available. Please note the 2 hour street limit from 9am-5pm on weekdays, however.
Guests may load and unload in the alley next to the condo but parking is not allowed in the alley as it blocks access to garages.
SHARED COURTYARD: The green space is shared and we encourage you to relax outside. Please be courteous of your neighbors at the Mill House
KITCHEN COUNTERTOPS: The kitchen counter tops are wood: please do NOT cut on the counter tops directly (use cutting boards) and make sure that counter tops are wiped dry (no standing water) immediately after each use.
