The house covers more than 100m2. It contains 4 rooms with five beds where it is possible to accommodate 7 people. Guests have at their disposal a private swimming pool of 30m2 with deckchairs and umbrellas. Around the pool there is a beautifully landscaped yard, which is actually a small olive grove. The facility is near the small town of Vitina, where there are three large stores selling general goods and food items. There is a restaurant just 300 meters from the facility, next to which is the beautiful Koćusa waterfall.
Kuća se prostire na više od 100m2. Sadrži 4 sobe s pet kreveta gdje je moguće smjesititi 7 osoba. Gosti na raspolaganju imaju privatni bazen površine 30m2 s ležaljkama i suncobranima. Oko bazena se nalazi lijepo uređeno dvorište koje je zapravo mali maslenik. Objekt je u blizini gradića Vitine gdje se nalaze tri veće trgovine općom robom i prehrambenim artiklima- Samo 300 metara od objekta nalazi se restoran uz koji se nalazi prelijepi vodopad Koćusa.
