Adequate
Having stayed at many places over the years I was disappointed with the lack of any welcome instructions. A pint of milk would have been nice! The bedding, towels, bathrooms and general areas were clean but the back yard, and other areas could have done with a deep clean.
The Kitchen was very dark and had only two bulbs in the light fitting, the window doesn’t open so no ventilation when cooking. Tea towels were supplied but an oven glove would have been handy as would a dish cloth.
We did find somewhere close by to park as there is no parking outside the property during the day, again some instructions about this would have been helpful.
Bit of a hike down into Llandudno but not too far and there is a bus.
