Perfect!
An absolutely lovely flat, extremely clean and everything in good repair, well designed and thought out, in a central but quiet location, handy for the seafront and town centre. Much better equipped than most holiday lets we've stayed in, with things like extra toilet roll, plenty of proper hangers, wireless phone charger, dishwasher tablets, milk in the fridge, and salt and pepper and cooking oil in the cupboard. Books and games too. Lovely lounge, comfy sofa and nice comfortable beds. The bathroom is compact but well designed and had plenty of storage space and room on the towel rail for us all to share comfortably, and a great shower with good water pressure. Detailed manual explaining how everything in the flat works and an extensive guide to the area to help make the most of your stay. The outside space is really nice too with cushions provided for the furniture. We really enjoyed our stay and would book this flat again in preference to anywhere else as it's extremely nice for the price range.

Lovely property, clean, comfortable and spacious. Loved the location close to the town and the Great Orme. Beds were comfortable although larger blankets would be great for twin beds to accommodate an adult. Kitchen was well fitted out and the cookies were much appreciated! A lovely stay.

We were delighted with the flat, which had lots of mod cons and was scrupulously clean and well prepared for our arrival. Great location too, which was very handy for the town and the attractions on and around the Great Orme.

Overall the accommodation was good, the bed was very comfy and the area very quiet at night. It was within easy walking access to all of Llandudno and we visited many of its restaurants and enjoyed a Concert by a Male Voice Choir on our last night. Being older and unused to some of today's technology we found Alexa quite irritating. It would be much easier to just be able to turn the lamps on manually. Standard of cleanliness was very good.

Had an amazing few days in this super modern apartment. There was everything you needed, very clean and meticulously organised. Great location and to have parking was a bonus. lovely apartment with restricted heating
on first impressions the basement apartment was very clean and well equipped with every thing we needed for a lovely Christmas break and being able to park in the secured back garden was a very welcome bonus, it is decorated to a very high standard and everything controlled by the alexia witch we did find very useful in controlling lights and radio for the evening. We did consider not mentioning the heating but decided in our circumstances being 69 year old's we must mention the lack of control over the heating it is controlled by the Nest app that you do not have access to and in the welcome book it states the heating is locked and cannot be altered by guests only the owner of the basement apartment the settings set was 08.00 to 10.00 and 17.30 to 22.00 each day on arrival the key lock only gave access to keys at 1 minuet past 4.00 we had to stand at the door for near 10 minuets in the cold till then on entry the radio was playing Christmas music this was a nice touch and the apartment was lovely and warm but when the heating went off on the locked timer it soon cooled of being a basement the only control was the thermostat temp, luckily there was a fire in the living room when the heating was of however the rest of the apartment soon cooled down and when we retired to bed the bedroom was freezing cold my wife is a early riser 5.30 most days and the only heat was the electric fire in the Livingroom we had to wait till the apartment warmed up to get ready being Christmas day i decided then we had to contact someone so text the apartment manager at 10.00 about the heating i got a response at 16.30 same day saying he would contact the owner and set it to midnight on boxing day it was -4 deg the bedroom still freezing at 6.00 when my wife got up this made me a bit uneasy so i also got up this may seem harsh but its not meant to be being are age and in the middle of winter it matters to us i do know that there has to be some control with the cost of fuel but this seemed a bit to much control in our opinion we had to get read to leave in the cold apartment the day we left the heating came on as we left . After all that we said about the heating we would still recommend the basement apartment if the heating is not a issue to you unfortunately it was to us

Thoroughly Thought Through
Llandudno is a great town for a short break and this was enhanced by the perfect location of the Basement to explore all the local sights, attractions and countryside without having to use the car. The planning for the layout and decor of the apartment has been well thought out and executed with quality and style. The welcome pack is very informative and makes some good recommendations. Everything in the flat is well maintained and supplied with all the basics. The management company were also very helpful. We had a wonderful stay and look forward to returning.

Gorgeous apartment
The property was immaculately clean and beautifully decorated. The kitchen was very well stocked and there were some lovely little extras provided. It was in a fantastic location, a very short stroll from the pier and lots of cafes and shops. It was our daughter’s first holiday (she is 6 months old) and it was very accessible with the pram. Very useful to have a private car parking spot. There was also a very detailed and organised welcome pack, which had lots of advice and information in. Based on that, we went to The Loaf for breakfast and it was gorgeous. Lovely stay. I’m quite disappointed that we forgot to write in the guest book.

Three Nights in Llandudno
Just got back from a three night stay at the basement with my parents and my two year old. Initially I was concerned that the apartment would be quite small and dark (just from the name) but we were pleasantly surprised. It is spacious, airy and has been renovated to a very high standard. We found everything we needed and more. The beds are extremely comfortable and the bedding obviously high quality. The location is perfect for the promenade, shops and to get the tram to the Orme (apologies to everyone on with us when my son decided he hated it!!). We will definitely stay here again. The only tiny issue we had was that I had difficulty getting into the safety deposit box for the key, but I think this was more due to me than anything else. I kept relocking it. We also highly recommend Johnny Doughs for pizza in a child friendly environment. Thank you again.
