„The overall stay was good very helpful and friendly staff and locals too. But I got an email to inform me about they don’t do breakfast any more. This was not their fault, but it was sent too late for me to cancel and rebook anywhere else and get a full refund. Any chance of some money back from hotels. Com at all?“

„Lovely place. Claire was an excellent host. A bit outside the city so if you don’t have a car, the last bus was at 5 pm from Betws y coed and it got a little difficult the first night. But the stay overall was amazing. Amazing yummy breakfast as well“

„We had a wonderful experience whilst staying at the Penaeldroch Manor. Mike and Carie were wonderful hosts and made us feel very welcome. The apartment was clean and spacious and had wonderful views of the river Lledr. The locally sourced morning breakfast was fantastic and set up for the rest of the day. Thankyou once again for your wonderful hospitality.“

Classic Victorian hotel in a great location

"A typical older Victorian hotel, but better than expected at that price! We had a superior twin, which was on the second floor and had a great view through two large windows of the promenade and the sea. The room was big, the beds were comfortable, linen and towels were all new and the room was always clean, plenty of coffee and tea in the room, and all the staff were genuinely friendly and helpful. We are a small misunderstanding when checking in which was quickly rectified. Breakfast was a hot and cold buffet and fried or poached eggs on demand. The coffee was good and the bar was nice too. We will definitely come again"
