„Lovely clean modern room. Lots of clean fresh towels. Nice thick carpets and so no disturbance from below room. Large shower area with good water pressure. Sadly it had no shelf to put shampoo and shower gel whilst in there. Lovely white cotton bedding. The only minus with the room was that it was very warm, i know its i Wales and not noted for warm weather. A fan in the room would be a good addition just in case any more warm days bless Newport. Breakfast was plentiful and the ladies ...

„Gerne nutzen wir dieses Hotel als preisgünstige Unterkunft zu einem Familienbesuch in der Nähe für einige Tage. Das Hotel liegt zentral an der Hauptstraße - wobei man von dem Straßenlärm bei geschlossenem Fenster (das ist nach dem Lüften von der Zimmerluft her kein Problem) fast nichts hört. Die Zimmer werden täglich zu unserer Zufriedenheit gereinigt und täglich liegen frische Handtücher bereit. Dass die Einrichtung minimalistisch ist wußten wir vorher, und entsprechend der Hotelklasse ...

„This owner should be ashamed. We booked as it had free parking. The owner text in advance to share our number plate so he could register, which we did. We then also did it in person with him on arrival. We have then had 4 months of charges, months of letters and calls from a debt recovery company and told we would be sent to court if we didn’t pay the £170. He told me he cancelled it 2 months ago, but is refusing to take any calls, won’t reply to any texts and we’ve been forced to spend £170 on ...
