„A very laid back enjoyable experience. A perfect base for visiting Ludlow and Shrewsbury to see the wonderful timbered buildings there.
Both offered lovely meals in an ancient setting with welcoming hosts.
Also a good place to visit a place close to my heart. Carding Mill Valley a National Trust owned and well looked after location with stunning views and wonderful walks.“

There was a very welcome pint of milk in the fridge. As we were visiting relatives we didn’t eat in the cottage at all, but the kitchen seemed well-equipped. The shower was hot and (although not super powerful) you came out clean and warm! Handy having shower gel and shampoo provided too. Access was easy and ...

„This lodge is just lovely. It is located on a small sheep farm which was a great bonus. The sheep are on the fields like 6 feet from your door and they had just had babies! There are pheasants too. The lodge is well equipped and the beds comfy. The heating is really good; had to turn it down at times. The views are outstanding and on a clear night you can see so many stars.
