„Much nicer than the photos! Beautifully clean and cozy! Very well equipped, everything and more than you would need, washer with dryer, dishwasher, stove, microwave. Comfy beds, beautiful linens, plenty of thick towels, nice tiled bathroom. One of the nicest cottages we’ve ever rented. They even put up a little Xmas tree for us! “

„The cottage is ontop of the hillside in a stunning Welsh valley. The photos do not do it justice as when you pull up to it you just think WOW what a stunning place. When you walk in you are hit with the warmth and coziness of the log burner and the wooden beams crossing the ceiling. The cottage is huge and very spacious. „We enjoyed our stay here in a very confirtable cottage tucked away in the countryside. The beds were particularly comfortable. The hosts communicated well and we really enjoyed tge free range eggs they left us from their chickens. Plenty of birds and very dark so great for stars if it is clear.“

„It was a fascinating property in a beautiful village. We stayed with friends and there was plenty of room for all of us. The main extension was a fantastic living space and the older parts of the house were quirky and fabulous. We visited both of the local pubs and those with pets enjoyed the lovely garden.“

„A lovely 3 night Stay in Hay on Wye. The cottage is stunning and so well located for browsing the shops, the sights and the castle and perfect to pop back and forth if needed. Very central but also very peaceful. Communication from Sue was amazing and she was really accommodating and generous throughout our stay. I would book here again in a heartbeat.“

Great bonus as it wasn’t exactly “flaming June” was the snooker table, especially for the youngsters , there were many challenging matches! Outside facilities were great but because of the weather not uses apart from table tennis and basketball net. Plenty to see and do only a short drive away.“

„Another excellent stay at your quirky cottage. Thanks for making us feel welcome. The welcome tray was amazing the home made treats were delicious and so thoughtful. A very quiet relaxing stay so peaceful and quiet sat in the hot tub. Another excellent breakfast the following morning too. We will definitely hope to visit again. „We had a lovely stay at Bevan house, visiting the area to attend a wedding. The house was large and well equipped and the hit tub was really fantastic. Absolutely no issues at all and the property was clean and located in a beautiful spot. Very minor but couldn't find any scissors, other than this, no suggestions for improvement at all“
