„It was a lovely stay! I travelled alone and had a beautiful single room. Was greeted very friendly. The pictures don't promise to much. A well kept room with style!. Only thing is, there isnt much space to put away cloths. Its a 13 min walk to town witch is perfect. I will definitely go there again! “

„Sehr schöne Lodges mit herrlich ruhiger Umgebung. Alles sehr sauber und auch sehr liebevoll eingerichtet. Eigene Küche, geräumiges Wohnzimmer sowie 2 Schlafzimmer Flur und Bad. Zudem ein großer Garten mit eigener Bank und Tisch zum frühstücken. Absolut empfehlenswert um nach einem langen Ausflug zu entspannen und Kräfte für den nächsten Tag zu sammeln. “

„The house sits on the bay and has a fantastic view of the water. It is very large with separate bedrooms and attached bath for each. The kitchen and living areas (there are three) were great for conversation and cooking. Overall and wonderful property and experience.“

„The setting with a beautiful garden and manor is very nice. The room was rather small and the window was broken, so it could not be opened, the room was sticky then. The restaurant was closed and we were informed about this only on the day of arriving. The reception team was very nice and helpful.“

„Very friendly host, comfy bed and nice bathroom. Beams were a little low near the bed so remember to duck! Plenty on offer for continental breakfast including homemade bread. Due to covid we struggled finding places to eat however we were able to use the oven in the kitchen to heat up some food we bought from the nearby co-op. We visited the reindeer centre and it was amazing I thoroughly recommend this trip!“

„Ein wundervolles, sehr gut ausgestattetes Cottage in idyllischer und absolut ruhiger Lage direkt am Loch Ness. Idealer Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen im Great Glen und Umgebung. Abends kann man den Sonnenuntergang am Privatstrand genießen. Wer Ruhe und Erholung fernab des Touristentrubels sucht, ist hier genau richtig.“

„We had a wonderful week in this cute and beautiful Croft. Everything you need, was there and the sourroundings were simply amazing. Simon gave us some recommendations for possible trips which we all did. Especially the Isle of Skye and the Plodda Falls are worth it. The Croft is a house where you can totally relax after a long day of hiking. We were sad when the time of saying goodbye had come.“

"Nive location: directly at River ness, nice scottish building with flair from the outside and a good bar. The rooms cannot keep up with the outside impression, though. Cleaning was not done properly. Breakfast with limited choice, Pancakes only if you pay extra, quality medium. But located within few walking minutes from city and a lot of bars and restaurants still a good place to stay few nights. "

"I Loved the charm of the old days. Loved the stairs in the Lobby. Few Things should be done : isolating the Windows, warm dishes for Break-fast like ham and eggs, few places where fresh Paint is needed, Put Covers in the Coke cans maybe with Hotellogo as it spoiles the charm when you think about the Name Royal. But Seen in total it was a very pleasent stay and I would book it again."
