My husband and I stayed at The Little Bit for the primary purpose of riding our side-by-side directly out of the driveway and onto the ATV trails, and it was just perfect. The cabin is adorable--perfect size for the two of us. It is well-stocked with everything we could need.
I noticed a review or two expressing concern about the road out front, but the road did not bother us one bit. In fact, with as lovely and serene as the back porch is, we often opted to sit on the front porch instead! We actually enjoyed watching the cars go by, and we still felt like it was quite private. The traffic never got to be too much, and we were there Friday through Monday. In fact there were plenty of really long stretches of time where there were no cars at all, especially in the evenings. We just didn't find it to be an issue at all, and I am usually sensitive to these kinds of things because we live in the country where there is almost no noise of any kind.
There are so many nice places to eat nearby! Smaller ones that shouldn't be forgotten include Fin Fur & Feather (they have a small diner inside called the Black Bear Diner), and Lost Acres Campground (especially for breakfast). There is, of course, the big ones such as The Mountaintop, but that is often quite busy and can be difficult to get into. And the Black Forest Inn is always good--this one is furthest away, but still not far, and totally worth the drive. And don't forget Pat Reeder's tavern! SO delicious!
