Little Blue Cottage FLX boasts 25 ft of private waterfront, which includes the dock and fire pit area, in the quaint lake cottage community of Lodi Point. The lakefront is perfect for swimming and launching the kayaks. But, please respect the property boundaries and our neighbors. We suggest taking the short walk to Lodi Point State Park, if you want to wander along the water's edge looking for beach glass, skipping rocks, or watching the wildlife. The one acre flat side yard is great for playing yard games or running your pup dry after a swim in the lake.

Guests will have access to the entire house, yard, beach, and dock.

This newly updated cottage has 3 bedrooms (two queen and one full bed with a twin trundle) and 2 bathrooms. It boasts a spacious kitchen, indoor and outdoor (covered) dining area, and a comfortable seating area with large picture windows facing the lake. Each bedroom is equipped with a flat screen TV, dressers and high-end bedding..

Seneca Lake is renowned for spectacular sunsets, and you’ll have the perfect spot to capture them all with 25 ft of private lake frontage and dock.

Relax in the Adirondack chairs and have a campfire or head out onto the water with our kayaks, paddleboard, or peddle boat! We have a fully stocked outdoor shed with everything you need to have fun in the sun!

Lodi Point State Park and Marina is within walking distance with a boat launch, beach and playground.

Seneca Lake Wine Trail is just minutes way with numerous wineries, breweries, distilleries, restaurants, and local artisans.

Finger Lakes National Forest is only a few miles away with many trails for hiking, biking, horseback riding and cross-country skiing.

Explore the many waterfalls and gorges in the area including Taughannock State Park (20 minute drive), Watkins Glen State Park (25 minutes) and many more dotted along the way.

You accept full responsibility for any bodily injury arising from swimming, hiking and use of the kayaks/paddleboard/peddleboat and hold owner harmless. You understand there are potential dangers that swimming, hiking and the use of kayaks/paddleboard/peddleboat may present to children who are not carefully supervised, as well as the danger to any person swimming, hiking or using the kayaks/paddleboard/peddleboat if a person has health risks, or if a person swims, hikes or uses the kayaks while intoxicated or using any kind of drugs or medication, or while pregnant. You agree to be fully and solely responsible for any accidents you may incur. You understand the risks discussed above and agree that you will assume all responsibility for yourself and for the consequences of those in your party. You agree to waive any claim whatsoever against owner for accidents or claims arising from swimming, hiking or using the kayaks/paddleboard/peddleboat. All Guests acknowledge and agree that they have read and understand this waiver and they acknowledge that confirming below constitutes a binding and enforceable contract between Guests and Host.
