„Our stay was booked for a birthday celebration. We had a total of 11 adults and it fit all of us comfortably. Everything was great from communication with owner, the checkin process, cabin amenities , to parking. Everyone was raving about how much they loved the cabin. We are definitely coming back again. „It was a wonderful, relaxing stay at Lake Arrowhead. This cottage was super clean and everything maintained in excellent condition. We used a lot of owner's recomendations like the walks and restaurants. Loved the photo album.“

„The cabin is located in a very safe and quiet neighborhood. It’s perfect to get away from the city. My kids had a wonderful time. “

„The house is very cute, clean and in a very convenient location. Bed was extremely comfortable and the house provided everything needed. Issues were with overall upkeep. Many lightbulbs burnt out which made some areas completely dark. We purchased and replaced 4 lightbulbs but in 2 additional areas the wingnuts in the light shade were rusted and we couldn’t get them unscrewed so we couldn’t replace. "Das Hotel liegt direkt gegenüber der Ontario Mills. Super für einen Shoppingstopp. Das Zimmer war riesig, jedoch ein wenig älter. Das Frühstück war super. Allerdings kennen wir von anderen Hyatt Hotels richtiges Geschirr und Besteck. Hier war alles aus Plastik. Aber am meisten gestört hat der Lärm vom Freeway. Für eine Nacht aber ok"

"I have never had such an experience in my life. The rooms were okay. However, when we wanted to go to breakfast in the morning, there was a man sitting on the 4th floor. We didn't think anything of it at first. But when he pulled out a pipe with a glass ball, we knew he was using drugs in the building. Absolutely unacceptable. He took his lighter and heated the glass. Then we left quickly."
