False Impression

The apartment looks much better in pictures than in person. Although it looks renovated and modern the quality of every item is a huge miss. Everything is wobbly and seems to be falling apart. The apartment seemed to be barley cleaned. There was a smell in the bathroom from mold and mildew. Come to find out there was mold is some of the other rooms. City did take care of the problem and refunded us immediately. Mattresses were also horrible cheap spring ones. I would not suggest staying her longer than a single night. I don't think this apartment is fit to be rented out to anyone. The living conditions were beyond gross and unsanitary.

Very nice place

Very nice and easy to get to if you are wanting to stay in the east end. Easy access to public transportation and many restaurants. Great property.
