I’ll give a solid four stars to this hotel. The location is absolutely fantastic—right in the heart of everything you want to explore. The cleanliness of the room when we checked in was great, and I appreciated the perfect space provided in the unit, which made my stay comfortable. However, I did have one concern. During our five-day stay, I was disappointed to find that the unit wasn't cleaned daily, because the hotel policy requires guests to pay an extra fee for cleaning services, if desired. I believe that for a hotel of this caliber, some level of cleaning should be included in the stay. Overall, I enjoyed my time there, but I think this policy could use some reconsideration.

Incredibly disappointed, the pictures are nice online but the room needs an upkeep. Positive it is with in walking distance to the tube, the bathroom products are very nice as well as the tea selection. Negatives, black mild on grout, incredibly noisy, stained bed sheets, paint chips and cracked tiles. People smoking pot in their room made our room stink and congregating outside our door till 2am. Reached out to provider and was told they have no control over people. They seemed concerned about cleaning but it was little too late.

Clean and a very comfortable sleep. Room was great - appeared reasonably freshly decorated, and provided a minifridge, kettle and microwave, along with a hairdryer. Bathroom was very compact but worked well, although a few of the bathroom floor tiles appeared to be loose. Easy to get in once you figure out the door unlocking via mobile. Overall yes I would stay here again.

I would never come back here. The first red flag was the check-in. Although it was contact-free it was a nightmare. Thank God there was another person staying there. That helped me figure out what was going on because she had to go through the same thing as well. When I finally get to my room half an hour after trying to get INTO the building, I realize that I have a basement room. When I walk into the apartment, there is dust everywhere. Theres also a weird strange smell all over the apartment and in the room. The washroom had bugs in it. The shower is extremely small. I am 5’5 and could barely fit in there (smaller build as well). To add, the bed had hair on it when I came in. The heating/AC unit leaked water into my partners suitcase. The fridge didn’t work and on the first night we didn’t even have hot water for our shower! I had reached out to the property via WhatsApp about all these problems immediately. I was offered a room change and a cleaning. The room change offer also came within an inspection first by myself. When I went up to the second floor, mind you there are no elevators in the building, that room was also dirty! I was incredibly disappointed and disgusted. I had requested a refund, but since they offered me a new room and offered a cleaning, it was possible.. I took up the offer on cleaning. They had came and cleaned my room while I was in the city. When I get back there, honesty wasn’t much of a change.. I would highly recommend staying somewhere else!

For my first time in London, this was a great room for a solo traveler and location was great for accessing the tube. The only downside is that the keyless entry is sensitive and I had to contact property staff about being locked out of my room. I would recommend and would stay again.

The property was really noisy when you slept @ the front side/ street side. Was like your bedroom was in the middle of the street. The windows didn’t close well. The accommodation was really basic. That shower was really tiny. We had a not easy time with their IT. We moved after the first night to the garden side of the building much better but far of convincing. Those windows thin as paper. It felt like the owner wanted to squeeze every drop of that lemon out.

Konum olarak güzel bir yerde, metroya yakındı. Tam anayol üzerinde olduğu için ve camların eski olmasından dolayı dışarıdaki her ses odaya geliyordu. Gün boyu dışarda olduğumuz ve yorgun olduğumuz için aşırı derecede etkilemedi ama kesinlikle rahatsız ediciydi. Temizlik çok iyi değildi. Whatsapp üzerinden yardımcı olan kişi harikaydı. High-tech communications and historic charm

Have a seasoned traveler. This was a terrific high-tech experience. Everything is automated and the precision communications on ‎WhatsApp were extraordinary. All that plus the charm of an old world accommodation in an amazing area in Earls Court. The tube is right around the corner. Nothing fancy, but really well priced and a terrific experience that I highly recommend. Loved it. Also a nice comfy bed and a super clean room.

It was nice bright and clean room with good facilities including fridge and kettle with some nice choices of hot drinks. Location is quiet yet central and a few mins walk from tube. I did struggle with entry as this is a digital service and for some reason, my ID didn't verify well using their App, but didn't notify me of this until I couldn't gain entry. Anyway, straight away the Customer service person sorted me out online via chat. Really friendly and responsive, so all was ok in the end. Slept well and felt comfortable and safe in the surrounding the area too, even at night.

Good location. Great price.

Hotel was not your typical hotel. No front desk. So when we arrived early in the morning on a red eye from the states we could not store our bags as we are accustomed to with regular hotels. But we used a bag hold service called stashed and it wasn’t a big deal, just FYI. The building is conveniently located and walkable near the earls court station which you can reach with the Piccadilly line (purple) from LHR. The room was European small so if you are a first timer in Europe like my teenagers you may be in for a culture shock. The room was clean and well appointed. Toiletries for the shower and a hair dyer. Plus and iron and board. Also tea and a kettle and a French press coffee. I would stay here again.
